I USE EZGIF TO MAKE GIFS, so this entire chapter talks about how I use Ezgif! I'm not aware of any other GIF-making websites or apps. I think that using Ezgif is the most flexible and easy way to create GIFs, but it can look confusing if you're completely new to editing. So here's some information and tips all about GIFs!

[ 1 ] HOW GIFS WORK ON WATTPAD
Most GIFs and images are measured in MB ( megabytes ) which is basically a unit of measurement that tells the size of the GIF or image. It's like saying centimeters or kilometers.
A lot of GIFs are 5MB to 20MB, some are smaller and some are bigger. Wattpad can only support / display GIFs that are smaller than 3MB. This is because GIFs are complicated for websites to compress / shrink. Wattpad keeps their GIF size limit because it saves space and prevents the app from crashing.
3MB is a pretty small size for GIFs, but GIFs load best when they're small. If your GIF bigger than 3MB, you can use Ezgif to resize it!

Ezgif is a free-to-use website that helps you convert and edit your GIFs! When you open the website, there will be a toolbar with different tools available for you to use.
