5 years ago, an engineer and fireman were working inside a steam locomotive and they were lost. Til they found a tunnel, and decide to go through it, once they were going through a train tunnel, something strange was happening to the train. It became stronger, faster, and transforming into a new type of train. Few minutes after out of the tunnel, they soon discovered that the train turned into a new type of train which they called SuperTrain.

5 years later, 5 teenagers were working on the railroad and discovered an arm brace which looks like a railroad crossing, then suddenly a new monstrous race home to the place known as Darkness Railroad, appeared and want revenge on the Train X Rangers 60 years ago. However they rescued by a red train.

When they wake up, it turns out it was the Engineer and the Fireman we're the ones that saved them. They introduced themselves as Ford & Bruce, and they realize that they were holding the arm brace that the teens found and tells them a new monster race was defeated by the original heroes known as Power Rangers Train Morphers and tells them that there grandparents fought against those monsters years ago. And there boss appears known as Mr Conducter and his little puppet, Mr Monkey. They tell then that they are chosing to become heroes. The 5 of them agreed and become Power Rangers Train Morphers
