✩ 16 ounces frozen shoestring fries ( 1 bag )
✩ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter ( 1/4 stick )
✩ 1 clove garlic ( minced )
✩ 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
✩ 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
✩ 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
✩ 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese ( divided )
✩ 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley

Bake the fries according to package instructions.(16 ounces frozen shoestring fries)

While the fries are baking, melt the butter and garlic in a medium saucepan set over low heat.
( 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 clove garlic )

Once the butter begins to gently simmer, cook the garlic until slightly toasted, about 90 seconds. Add in the garlic salt, pepper, cayenne, and 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese. Heat just until the cheese is melted. Stir well to combine.

Once the fries are crispy, remove from the oven and pour the butter mixture over the fries, tossing well to coat.

Transfer the fries to a serving platter and sprinkle them with the remaining parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
