Tw: murder of a raccoon.

Clicking of a keyboard as well as the pushing of a button resonated throughout the room. The action caused a picture of a girl to appear on the screen, along with details/information on her. The girl had h/c hair, e/c eyes and s/t skin─ she moved to Seoul, and abandoned there by non other than her parents.

The files that came up may be outdated, but they were real─ your school registration files, student information, etc.

The person smiled a bit upon seeing the information. The smile wasn't friendly in the slightest─ a sinister intent hid behind those pearly whites of theirs. They let out a small sigh as they trace their fingertip over the image of the girl, a dazed look in their eyes.

"N/n.."

As soon as you got home, you immediately came crashing down to your bed─ exhausted due to the absurd amount of social interaction you did today. Kids from your old school weren't that friendly, so you barely opened your mouth hence this was very foreign for you.

You heard something scratching at the window next to your bed. Groggily sitting up, you wiped your eyes as you opened them to the best of your exhausted body's abilities.

Before you, was a sight that painted a smile across your face. It was a bunny, your bunny. Remember when I said you didn't have any pets? Yeah that's because this little fella ran away a week before that. And now he's finally back!

"Sugar cube!" Something that had many good memories behind it, that's what you named the bunny.

The said bunny seemed happy to see you. He whined as he kept scratching the glass of the window, wanting to be let in.

"Where have you been, buddy?" You scooped up the white furball in your arms after fishing him out of the outside world and into the comfort of your bedroom.

The rabbit squeaked, jumping around in your arms─ as if he was retelling a story full of thrills and actions ─you nodded eagerly at the creature, a look of disbelief on your face.

"A raccoon tried to eat you?"

Squeak.

"That little shitter has base near the convenience store?"

Squeak. Squeak.

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go." A string of squeaks followed with your statement. Placing him down on the bed, you quickly put on your outside clothes and headed outside with Cube in your arms.

"Shall we greet him with a round-house kick?" A smile made it's way onto your face as you walked with the bunny through the streets during the night. You had no remorse of hurting another being─ may it be person or animal. As long as they hurt the thing you cared for, they're going down.

And since Sugar Cube just got back after a week of disappearing, you needed something to release your stress on. And a guilty raccoon seems really punchable right now.

You noticed Sugar Cube was getting cold, so you stopped near a bench and set him down gently on the wood. Taking off your jacket, you wrapped the creature up in the cozy fabric.

"You've got to stay warm, little guy." You raised the bunny up to your face and he bumped his nose against your cheek─ which you considered to be a kiss.

"Such the affectionate creature, you are." You booped his nose which made him purr in delight, his ears tilted back a bit─ indicating he's relaxed.

As you pet the creature, someone standing not that far away from you saw the whole thing and felt a smile rise on his face. His footsteps were drowned by the occasional cars passing by the street.
