First of all, worldbuilding; these Clans all started a very long time ago when two siblings named Bloom and Ispis left their old home. They learned of the deceased (past StarClan) from their mother and so the two rogues took inspiration from there. There was a problem, though; Bloom, the sister, was more interested in one StarClan cat, who went by the name Ferretleap, and Ispis wanted to take his inspiration from a cat named Snakewhisper. The rogues began to take sides and so BloomClan and IspisClan were formed.
BloomClan's ancestors were named OrchidClan while IspisClan's ancestors are named AstridClan. Together, they make StarClan.
BloomClan and IspisClan have the same roles although they have different beliefs.
BLOOMCLAN BELIEFS:
-Chamomile flowers bring life and prosperity
-roses are a sign of death
-OrchidClan will come to cats in the form of butterflies.
-Dark Forest cats are moths and are to be killed upon sight to avoid prying eyes.
-Crows are a sign of death.
-Any non-cat creature who destroys the flowers is an enemy.
ISPISCLAN
-Exotic trees (trees with non-green leaves) are a gift from AstridClan and are to be respected.
-A cat is watched over and guided by the souls of their AstridClan ancestors; kits of traitors are to be carefully guided in order to avoid conflict.
-AstridClan prefers peace over war; unprovoked fights are strongly frowned upon.
-Ravens are a sign of death.
-Lizards are a sign of AstridClan and hawks are a sign of the Dark Forest. Hawks are to be reported to the Clan upon sighting to avoid any valuable information being revealed.
-Any non-cat creature that attacks the Clan is an enemy and is to be driven out.
RITUALS/HOLIDAYS
-Seasonal Holidays: On the first day of every season (4 moons), there is a celebration.
-Gatherings: On the full moon every moon, the cats gather at the gathering place to share news. This helps keep the peace.
-Nursery Celebration: After a kit is born, there is a small feast the celebrate the birth of a new kit.
-Apprentice Ceremony: The ceremony for kits becoming apprentices.
-Apprenticeship Celebration: After every Apprentice Ceremony there is a small feast to celebrate a new apprentice.
-Warrior Ceremony: The ceremony for apprentices becoming warriors.
-Warrior Celebration: After every Warrior Ceremony there is a small feast to celebrate a new warrior.
-Warrior Vigil: Every warrior spends a night of silence after becoming a warrior to reflect.
-Deputy Ceremony: The ceremony for a warrior becoming a deputy.
-Deputy Feast: Every deputy ceremony has a small feast afterwards.
-Leader Ceremony: A new leader will journey to the moonstone to gain their leaves.
-Leader Festival: When a new leader returns to camp with their nine lives, the cats have a feast and enjoy themselves until moonhigh.
-Elder Festival: When a cat retires to the elder's den, the Clan has a small feast to celebrate their plentiful life.
-Funeral Ceremony: When a cat dies, the cats all sit vigil for the night. The closest family members are silent throughout the whole night and do not sleep. They are also the ones to bury the body.
-Life Ceremony: After the Funeral Ceremony, the Clan will have a small feast and exchange words of compliment for the deceased cat. They speak of the cats greatest achievements and mourn, but they are happy for the cat's life.
