Back in August 1899, there was an incident at an factory, the famous detective Sherlock Holmes and Watson were investigating it until they were attacked by criminals known as Memorians and they were never seen again.
In August 2019, 2 detectives, Jeremy and Philip, and there boss, Ms. Starr were interested in the case to solve the mystery. The Memory Family were planning to give an evil memories to people so they can cause destruction. However, Philip learns all Power Rider and Masked Rider powers and what there intentions are.
So Ms Starr created the belt known as Duo-Phaser and the memories known as Duo Memories. Together, Philip and Jeremy combines there two minds into one great detective known as Power Rider Duo
