"Ming and Ocean, let's go!" I shouted at the top of the steps for my siblings

"Ming and Ocean, let's go!" I shouted at the top of the steps for my siblings. It was Friday, and I already couldn't wait to come back home. I didn't even walk out the house yet. The only thing I was looking forward to was knowing if Beyoncé was leaving a cute gift for me. For the past two days she has. First it was flowers and somehow she had got a big pink teddy bear in my locker yesterday.

I want to reciprocate the energy so I'll have to talk to Frank or Brandy to understand deeply more on the things she likes.

So far I've only gathered up small things like her favorite fruit, which is pineapples. Her favorite color is pink, just like mine. She loves the fine arts like graphic design, theater, broadway shows.. you know things like that.

Her favorite snacks include classic lays since that's all I really see her eating. I don't see her eating a lot of candy but when she does it's something simple like all pink starburst. I want to do more than just getting her a basket of her favorites.

"Onika! Ocean stole my lip glosses and won't give them back." I sighed heavily. Ming was 13 and Ocean was 7. They were always bumping heads. Ocean couldn't simply keep her hands off of people's stuff. She runs out of her own, instead of asking, she just takes.

"Ocean give Ming back her things and let's go now!"

"But Oni-"

"Now Ocean. I'll buy you your own after school. Give it back and come on." I walked away from the bottom of the stairs and grabbed my own belongings that were waiting on the chair.

After a couple of more minutes, they came running down the stairs.

"I'm not going to keep telling you to stop taking people's stuff Ocean." I said, passing her the snowsuit hanging up.

"But I ran out."

"And that's when you ask to use it just not take it." I looked over at Ming and she had a scowl on her face.

"What's wrong Mimi?!"

"My stomach is cramping." She answered. I'm assuming she's either on her monthly or it's starting.

"You think you can handle school today?" She nodded her head.

"I took my medicine already and I have my portable heating pad just in case." She answered.

"Okay well let me know. I'll leave class to pick you up if I need to." I told her while I grabbed my keys. I sent them out to the car while I locked everything up. My car has an auto start so I'm sure it's all warm in there already.
