Prolouge

Four-year-old Hailey Lily Potter was looking at her newly born baby brother, thinking about her fate. Her father was gloomy to her, but now he had the boy he wanted; she thought they might be a happy family. Oh, how wrong she was. She understood it a year later when Dumbledore came, and they went into hiding. She clearly remembers the first time her father heard the prophecy and turned blind with anger. He looked at her and said "It's your fault that this is happening, you freak. I wish we never had you." She was locked into her room for a week the only contact she had being the house elves that brought her food so she didn't starve. How her father loathed girls but loved her mother was fascinating to her. 6 months went on in fear and hatred. In the end, they were happier but not her. 6 months of abuse left her with rage and confusion. Few months went on like this she didn't know how much because she was not allowed out of her room. For a 4-year-old it was delirious. It was just a regular night when her father came barging in drunk out of his mind and started cursing her, what she didn't know was this night would change everything.
