The street of Mondstadt is bustling with people. It isn't surprising since we're here at the land of freedom, where people enjoyed their freedom and carefree life, with the protection of the Knights of Favonius, the protector of Mondstadt.
Angel Share, where they sell the best wine Mondstadt could ever offer, the Dandelion Wine. The owner of the establishment detest the knights with passion, his name is Diluc Ragnvindr.
Diluc Ragnvindr, one of the only two Ragnvindr alive. Who's currently the head of the Ragnvindr Family. The Ragnvindr Family is an influential and affluent noble house in Mondstadt. Currently, it is most well known for running the Dawn Winery, Mondstadt's premier winery.
Diluc enter the tavern, and was greeted by Charles.
"Master Diluc, welcome." Charles asked his employer.
Diluc just gave a nod and went to the back of the counter. "Go take an off, I'll tend the tavern for the meantime." Diluc ordered.
"Ah... Yes. But before that there's a letter for you, Master Diluc." Charles said while giving the said letter.
When Diluc saw who's the sender, his eyes widened. If you look closely you could see his eyes twinkle with delight.
"Stay here for a bit Charles. I'll read this letter first." Diluc stated, with that he left Charles.
