Cassie Lestrange was aware as she stepped into the little Café, that the majority of people she had ever known were dead, including herself.

"Are you alright? You look like you are ready to jump off a cliff."

Because I am.

Usually, when she has a thought like that, it means she's spiritually on the brink. But right now, squared up behind the counter, she's physically ready to do it. She wouldn't exactly call herself suicidal but she was just not in the mood to deal with anyone. Especially Her annoying Co-worker Phillip Harris. "Fuck off, Harris." She turned away from him as she tied an apron around her waist, trying to catch a look at a digital clock on the counter.

6:56 flashed the clock. 4 minutes until the Café opened.
"Jeez, can't a man worry about his Co-workers? Because I don't think I want another Worker here to kill themselves."
She gave him a look "Start making coffee instead of blabbering too much, Harris."

With that, she put on the Headphones on an old Walkman. Uptown Girl started playing and she couldn't help but hum to the sweet song while cleaning the tables. The morning light hit her pale skin, letting it glow softly. Her eyes were lightened by the sun, blinding her and squeezing them. Ignoring the people, that joined the warm welcome of the little Café in London, she swayed over the tables with a wet rag. She enjoyed it, living like a muggle. Like she never lived differently than that. Like she didn't know witches and wizards existed like she wasn't one of them.

10:36 o'clock

The doorbell rang and someone stepped in. As she looked up, a memory flashed into her mind.

"Oh man, I hate Potions." the red-haired girl sighed as she leaned back in her seat. "Yeah well, you want to pass, don't you?" her friend mumbled back while writing the answers into her book before she stood up to leave the library. The redhead looked up, her eyes moving to a table on the other side of the library. Her eyes locked with Cassie's. Cassie moved her eyes away swiftly, paying attention to her friends, who were talking about another victim of their bullying. It wasn't the proudest time in her life. She knew the girl across the room might've been confused. Normally she wouldn't stare at people if she didn't have a reason, but her eyes felt magically drawn to her. She didn't know her but she knew the girl's family.

The Weasleys. A poor family of blood traitors, her cousin liked to pick on the youngest son. "Ew guys, the blood traitor is staring at us." snarled Pansy with a mean grin, which Daphne giggled at. "Come on guys," Pansy said as she stood up walking in Ginny's direction, with Daphne and Tracey following. "Lestrange, are you coming?" Tracey asked turning around to her. She looked up nervously, "Uhm no, I don't wanna get kicked out by Madam Pince." She lied. She didn't want to bother the girl and she didn't want them to either, but she was too much of a coward to stop them. Luckily Instead of them questioning her, they huffed at her comment. Her greyish eyes followed their doings until they got kicked out of the library.
She watched Ginny bitterly pick up her stuff for a moment before standing up and walking over to her. Ginny didn't look up at her instead, she picked up her pace. "What? You want to bother me too?" Ginny snapped angrily at the black-haired girl. Cassie knelt down to her and started helping her, ignoring her question. "What are you doing?" She questioned her as she watched her in confusion."Helping you." - "Yeah I see that, but why?"

Yeah. Why? Cassie wasn't sure why. "I'm sorry, for what they did. Truly." Ginny raised an eyebrow, still doubtful of this unexpected act of kindness. She knew Cassie and she knew she was almost as mean as her cousin. Cassie continued to gather Ginny's scattered books and parchments, her expression genuine. "I mean it," she said softly. "I know it might not mean much, but I don't agree with what they did. They can be cruel sometimes." Ginny hesitated for a moment but accepted the girl's apology. "Thanks, but you didn't do anything." Cassie handed her, her stuff before she stood up with her. "Yeah exactly. I didn't do anything even when I could. I'm sort of a coward and you can go laugh about it because I won't blame you," she started to ramble, a bad habit she tried to stop because of her family, "I'm not even gonna lie, half of the Slytherin are cowards such as Draco-" Ginny put her hand on Cassie's mouth. Ginny's hand on Cassie's mouth silenced her rambling, and she looked at the red-haired girl with surprise in her eyes. Cassie's words had struck a chord with Ginny. She could relate to the feeling of powerlessness, of not standing up when she knew she should. It was a vulnerability she didn't expect to find in Cassie, given her family's reputation.

"Hey, don't be so hard on yourself," Ginny said gently, removing her hand. "We all have our moments when we're afraid or uncertain. It's a human thing." Cassie nodded, feeling a strange mix of embarrassment and relief. She hadn't expected Ginny to understand or offer comfort. Especially after all the things her friends have done to the girl's family and friends "Thanks," she said quietly. Ginny gave her a small, understanding smile. "You're welcome. And for what it's worth, I appreciate your help. It means more than you know." As they walked together out of the library, Cassie couldn't help but feel a sense of connection with Ginny. Despite their differences and the prejudices that surrounded them, they had found common ground in their shared moments of vulnerability. Ginny couldn't help but smile, she found the older girl's rambling kind of cute. It showed that Cassiopeia Lestrange wasn't just a cold-hearted Person who was behind the family's Reputation.

She knew the woman who stepped into the store at this very moment. The woman who entered was unmistakably Ginny Weasley. She had a certain confidence and a warm, welcoming smile on her face as she scanned the room. Cassie's heart skipped a beat as she recognized her and her eyes moved away quickly.

"Cassiopeia?"
