i wanted her to look more like a "perfect girl" type bc thats what i intended for her
shes supposed to be putting up this mask of a totally normal, happy girl when in reality shes trying to survive an abusive household

the pupils are supposed to represent that two-sidedness
i also wanted to show that akio is a rowdy kid just a bit more so. minor injuries and bandages bc he gets into accidents a lot jsdjsdhsjn

now that i think about it i probably shouldve given him a loose tie bc of what ties symbolizs in my designs
