Max is running home to see if Helen is okay and when he walks inside the house he found her unconscious.

"Helen," says Max
(as he enters the apartment)

"Hey, hey, Helen! Helen!" says Max
(trying to see if Helen is responsive)

"Hey, Helen. Talk to me. Helen, hey! Talk to me. Helen, please." says Max

As they burst through the door with Helen

"Hey, help! I found her on the floor," says Max

"It's, uh, shallow breathing. A weak pulse," says Max

Max is distorted by seeing Helen unconscious in the hospital bed

Lauren is trying to find Casey and calls one of his friends. On the other side, Floyd is trying to find Mia and is found on the other side unconscious.

Helen slowly starts to wake up

"Helen," says Max

"M--Max," says Helen

"Hey, easy," says Max

"Easy, tiger," says Max

"It hurts...everywhere," says Helen

"What happened?" says Helen

"We found Thanatophol in your blood and on top of that you're pregnant," says Max

"Wait lets backed that up there my drank was spiked and I'm pregnant?" says Helen

"Not only you that happens to but also Wilder, Casey, Trevor, and Mia," says Max

"Oh my god, I haven't seen the signs because I was the focused as being the Medical Director, and on top of that I was drinking..." says Helen
(as she puts her hand on her face)

"Helen don't stress yourself," says Max

"Have you guys found the rest?" says Helen

"We're getting the word out to everybody, but right now you and the baby are my priority, which means getting you fluids and rest," says Max

"Oh, I'd rest a lot easier if my leg wasn't killing me," says Helen

"Which one?" says Max

"The left one," says Helen

As the labs came back it's show that Helen has severe DIC. Max starts stressing because the body scans show that Helen has multiple clotted arteries. Helen thinks about if there are more surgeries but Max only says there are two surgeries she has to do.

"Max what are we going to do after these surgeries I have," says Max

"I don't know but what we going to do but I know that I'm going to be there for you and our little one," says Max

(Helen starts to cry)

"Hey baby don't cry," says Max

Lauren and Leyla are walking down the street to find Casey. As they walk they see his ID and later find him near a dumpster area.

"So I just spoke to Dr. Malvo, who told me that the clot-busting is working," says Max

"Yeah. Yeah. You don't seem, uh, elated." says Max

"It's just this isn't quite how I imagined our first ultrasound as a couple," says Helen
