The mid-day sunshine hit her like daggers on her face making her squint her eyes trying to get up when she realised,
"what time is it?", she thought pretty loudly,
"It's not that late", a voice from outside her door answered making yumi jump,
Waking herself up, she made her way to the living room, only to find a very composed, non-hungover hye jin on one of the stools around the kitchen counter sipping her coffee with a plate of french toast in front of her.
"Look who decided to wake up", she says beaming,
"Want me to get you some breakfast?", hye jin asks only to be replied with a nod,
"Talk, will you? You didn't drink that much", hye jin continues while bringing her a plate,
Without a delay she takes her seat and starts with her coffee,
"Is the coffee okay?", hye jin asks looking at her with expectant eyes,
"uhmm", yumi nods,
"Will I get to hear your voice today?", hye jin says annoyed,
"LeT mE fiNiSHSJKSH", yumi says with a mouthful of goodness,
"What?", she asks with a frown on her face,
After finally finishing the food in her mouth,
"Ahh let me eat in peace, will you?", Yumi protests to which hye jin surrenders,
"Fine fine, eat all you want, I made loads", she says getting up to grab her some water,
Nodding like a happy little kid she continues munching on the deliciousness of the toast. After finishing her second plate,
"Why did she go silent all of a sudden", Yumi thought to herself,
Going through the events from last night she realizes what's coming her way, she gets up and starts cleaning up. She rushes to her room after finishing to get back to work. It had been only a few minutes when,
"Yumi-yah, we have to talk", hye jin says while peeking through the door,
"Is it urgent? I'm kinda busy right now", she says pointing at her PC sheepishly,
"What work do you have on Sunday?", hye jin questions crossing her arms,
"It's about the fAshIon ShOw", she says unknowingly hitting a high note by the end,
"It can wait", hye jin says hopping on top of her bed and grabbing Yumi's laptop from her lap.
"What is it?", Yumi asks giving in to the intimidating female,
"A lot of things, young lady. First, why are you avoiding Namjoon?",
"I'M NOT AVOIDING HIM", Yumi raps definitely not breathing,
"Uh huh then why did you ditch Namjoon yesterday?", to which Yumi's eyes go wide,
"I didn-",
"You told me when you were drunk, don't lie",
"What did I say?", she asks cautiously,
"You said you didn't know how to face him after that day, I kept asking you what day but you won't stop talking about how much you wanted to go see him", hye jin answers.
A deep sigh comes from the owner of the room.
"I broke up with Cheol-min", she confesses to hye jin,
"WHat? Didn't you guys break up a while ago?", she asks only to realise what had come out of her mouth,
"Sorry-sorry, when did this happen?", hye jin continues,
