MAI WAS GOING crazy, ddot had blocked her and and it was driving her crazy that all of his attention was on Vinnie her mind was rushing with anger and jealousy her thoughts quickly being interrupted by her phone ringing, she rolled her eyes as she noticed it was Vinnie calling

"What do you want Vinnie?" the annoyance was clear in Mai's voice, Vinnie was the last person Mai wanted to speak to

"uh I just wanted to call to let you know I'm in the hospital right now, my waters broke and I think imma go into labour soon, my ass is kinda shook and I need my bestie here with me" Vinnies sweet voice sounded through Mai's phone, Mai's eyes involuntarily rolling,why did Vinnie get to be so happy?

"Why do I have to come, is ddot not there?" Mai knew her words were harsh but she knew that her actively trying to get with ddot was wrong and it probably wasn't the best idea to be around Vinnie

Mai was about to speak again when in the background she heard ddots voice and that was when anger overtook her and she knew right then and there she was going to tell her everything

"Look, Vinnie I've got something important to tell you" Mai began

"oh Mai I'm sorry I gotta go the nurse is coming, I promise to call you back later tho" Vinnie mumbled before saying a quick 'goodbye love you' and hanging up the call

VINNIE HAD NEVER felt pain as bad as she felt in that moment, her hand was interlocked with his, his fingers being crushed at how tightly she was grasping onto his hands

"Okay just a few more pushes" the nurse instructed, but for Vinnie a few more pushes felt like hell

"Oh I think imma be sick" ddots eyes widened as he decided to take a peek between Vinnie's legs, him beginning to feel sick at the sight

Everything was so chaotic, dd and notti was outside of the room having their time of their life deciding it was a good idea to take edibles and be high out their mind

meanwhile inside the room Vinnies ear piercing scream echoed throughout the whole hospital and ddot was trying to stay composed and stop himself from fainting along with his hand feeling like it was about to break

It was silent for a moment before a loud cry of a baby sounded through the room

"He's beautiful" Vinnies face quickly changed from a look of pain to a large smile as she looked down at her child in her hands "can I hold him?" Ddot asked making Vinnie chuckle slightly "here's your son remember, you don't needa ask" she gently handed the baby over to darrian who had a large smile on his face

"Can we hold him now?" dd asked his words slurred slightly "oh my god, is these niggas high" Vinnie deadpanned as she stared at the two who shared the same low red eyes

Vinnie had been held back in the hospital for a few days so the doctors could fully monitor her and make sure after the pregnancy everything was okay

Everyone had visited Vinnie except Mai who was supposed to be her best friend, Vinnie was slightly hurt but knew that Mai probably had a good reason and decided to call her

"Hey Mai, how are you?" Vinnie was drained from recently having a baby but still tried to sound happy "look Vinnie I know you and Ddot are doing well and everything with the baby and stuff but I got something to tell you" Mai's tone was harsh and serious

"Huh what are you talking about?"

"Ight imma be fr so when me and ddot was doing up that apartment for you he was acting hella funny, like he was tryna flirt with me and he was tryna get with me and ion know how it even happened but this nigga kissed me but I quickly pushed him away and left and I basically texted him telling that shits not right and he blocked me and everything" Mai lied through her teeth

Vinnies heart dropped at Mai's words, she couldn't believe it she had just gave birth to his child and to hear those words broke her heart

"Uh I gotta go thanks for telling me Mai" Vinnies voice broke as she tried to hold back tears when she hung the phone up she turned to ddot who was sat deep in sleep in the chair beside her

"ddot! Ddot wake up" Vinnie woke him up trying her best not to cry "you okay bae?" ddot woke up suddenly turning to Vinnie "yea I'm fine I'm just sick of being in this stupid hospital bed and I wanna go home" Vinnie lied, Ddot nodded his head getting up "ight lemme go speak to the doctor so we can get you checked outta this place"

Ever since Vinnie and ddot got home Vinnie couldn't even look him in the eyes she was truly heartbroken, it was the middle of the night and Vinnie couldn't sleep knowing that she was in bed with someone who had cheated on her while carrying her baby

Vinnie couldn't tell if she was thinking straight or not when she got out of bed and began packing up her and the baby's things into a suitcase

She carefully went into the nursery going over to her child who was sleeping peacefully, carefully picking him up and placing him into his car seat, making sure not to wake him up and left

It's sounded crazy that Vinnie had packed her bags up and left but it was for the better, after what Mai told her she knew she couldn't be around ddot anymore she was heartbroken and betrayed.
