Sequel to Power Rider Helios
Plot: King Lee was destroyed by a new threat known by his brother Count Dregon, however his son Dex and his friends managed to hid in one of the caves so they won't be found.
A few days later, King Lexian repairs the Helios-Phaser into the Ecto-Phaser, but Dex doesn't feel like a Power Rider, he feels more of a Masked Rider. So that the name was officially Masked Rider and feels part of the Power Riders (which he is), and later finds out that Count Dregon was going to conquer Earth, so he disguise himself as human and sent to Earth to protect it.
He was later found and adopted by a group of family, and explains that Earth is going to be invaded by a group of aliens and Count Dregon, and he was sent to Earth to protect it from Count Dregon. He proves that he's an alien from Edenoi so they decided to keep him as part of his family. And he also greeted the Power Riders and was asked to help him.
On the last day, Dex defeated Count Dregon and he says goodbye and hugs his beloved adopted family. He will never forgets them, so he goes back to Edenoi and was crowned as king.
