"Aura?" Matt says breathlessly swinging the door open,

"Dad?" Aurelia says tears filling up her eyes remember what happened only hours prior

"Aura.." He whispers hating seeing her in pain

"He's dead" She says letting the tears fall out of her eyes knowing she wouldn't be judged by him

"I know baby, i know"

"It should've been me" She sobs out barely giving herself enough time to breathe "It isn't fair he didn't do anything. he wanted to kill me, it should've fucking been me" She practically screaming from the pain of losing her best friend

"i'm so sorry honey," He says stroking her hair "Let it all out Aura,"

after an hour of just crying her eyes out to her dad and letting out every single piece of anger she had held inside her for the past year, she has practically no tears left to cry but so much more anger inside her.

"I'm sorry" She tells her father wiping the last of her tears

"You have nothing to be sorry for, absolutely nothing" He says kissing her forehead before sitting back in the chair

"Where's mom?" Aurelia asks noticing her mother had not come yet

"Your mom she- she couldn't make it honey" He says not wanting to tell her that Darcy specifically said 'if she's not dead theres no need to see her'

"Oh" Aurelia said solemnly knowing that her mom could've come, she just didn't want to "Yeah i get it, her work is really important"

"Hey, don't move you're okay" Tara says to the injured girl waking up the next morning

"Tara? You're back?" Aurelia says half aware of whats going on

"Yeah, i'm back. Aurelia we need to tell you something" The girl says firmly looking to Gale and Sidney

"Yeah? Whats going on?" She says concerned

"It was Amber. Amber was the killer. She put us, you, through this i'm so sorry Aura" Tara says to the girl sympathetically knowing Amber was the reason that she's in hospital

"No? It's not Amber. She wouldn't...She wouldn't do that." She says not wanting to say his name, "She wouldn't hurt Wes. She wouldn't hurt me. This isn't fucking funny guys okay" Aurelia says not believing her girls words

"It was her Aura, I'm sorry she tried to kill us and she told us her whole plan" Tara explains to the girl holding back tears as she reminisces on the night before

It seemed like the whole world just crashed down on Aurelia. All the memories of Amber with the group was now tarnished and instead replaced with images of the girl who killed her best friend. Amber, the girl that Aurelia would've killed for ended up wanting to kill her and that felt like shit. it felt like shit that one of her closest friends ended up being the one who hurt her. She couldn't imagine what Tara was going through and as much as she wanted to be sympathetic, she was angry.

"But it couldn't have been. Amber was hosting that party when i went to the store it couldn't have been her" She says furrowing her brows trying to piece together everything with the information she had been given moments before
