it was an indeed hard day for Ayato, eventually he was really tired ever since Paimon and the Traveler found out Thoma and Ayato were dating, rumors spread like wildfire in Ritou about Ayato and Thoma. Of course Thoma knew about the rumors, he never wanted attention from the crowd, he just wanted to spend time with his boyfriend. Both of them were tired and exhausted.
Thoma then knew Ayato's birthday was one the twenty-sixth of March, he didn't really know what to plan since he was exhausted, so he chatted Ayaka if she had any ideas.

Thoma: Hey Ayaka!
Ayaka: Yes, Thoma?
Thoma: I was wondering.. since it's Ayato's birthday, I was thinking if you have any ideas on how to celebrate without getting the peoples attention..
Ayaka: hm.. that seems hard, but maybe like a small surprise party in the estate?
Thoma: that sounds great M'lady! I'll try to think about more ideas for his birthday..

it was ayato's birthday yayayayyay anways, thoma planned everything, balloons, confetti, food, literally everything
he told ayaka to meet him at the estate early, since Ayato comes back late to the estate
Ayato walked in the estate in confusion because of how dark it is, thoma usually leaves the lights on after cleaning
he turned on the light, after turning it on, a "scare" was heard "SURPRISE!!!", Ayato was shook and started tearing up a bit to see his sister and boyfriend, "Thank you.. I really appreciate everything you both did.." Ayato said as he was wiping his happy uwu tears, "its no problem dear brother, It IS your birthday after all" Ayaka said. Thoma ran up to him giving his boyfriend a bigggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg hug
