He regarded disgrace for the sake of Christ as of great value than the treasure of Egypt, because he was looking ahead to his reward.

This verse is referring to Moses. He was found by pharaoh's daughter. He decided later to be with his people, God's people, instead of having the riches of Egypt. God is worth more than everything else! The heavenly reward outlasts earthly ones.
