Chapter 8

Quaritch shook you up, you rub your eyes as you look around and see Ewa talking to Spider in your native language. Quaritch help you up "you okay?" "Yeah... so. What happens now? You give up your mission and we go home?" You ask, Quaritch sighs "not exactly"
"Then what?"

You ended up flying again with Quaritch and his squad, him leading as you felt something in your gut that you quickly ignored.
"Mommy... where are we going?" Ewa ask, you look down to see your over the ocean "I'm not 100% sure but it looks like we are going towards the reefs" you tell her, as a boat appears on the water. Quaritch turns to his team and you "land on the boat", you follow directions "Okay. Y/N, Spider and Ewa. I have a bed for you underneath. Go rest on that while I talk to the captain" Quaritch told you.

Y/N POV

I walk beside Spider "I don't like this spider" "me neither... " we both looked at each other then I looked down at Ewa, she looked up at me as we walked down to the bed and I sat their "I don't trust this... especially where we are going" I tell them both, I look down sadly as Ewa sighs "mommy.. I don't think we are gonna see our family anytime soon" she said, she puts her knees up to her chest and hug them as she leans her body into mine till I felt the ship land. Spider and Ewa followed me up to see we landed where the tribe is at "who are you people? What are you doing here?" The leader ask, Miles turn to me "ask them where Jake Sully is" "what?.. no." "Do it" he cross his arms, my whole body shook as I turn to them "where is Jake Sully?" I ask and they shook their head "who is Jake Sully? We don't know any Jake Sully?" They said. I turn to Miles "they don't know where he is!!"

Out of nowhere, he turns to a ilu. "What ever you-" he shoots the ilu and I fell to my knees, the cries of horror behind me as I fell. Ewa kicked Miles in leg "you stupid jerk!!!" Miles look down to see Ewa crying "we trusted you" she said before running to me. Spider look up to Miles "they don't know anything!! Don't do this, this is wrong..  they didn't do anything"
"Burn their huts" he said, I yell "no!!" I scream. Tears going down my cheek as I stand up "I'm sorry" "please stop them, please don't let them do this..." one of them grab my hand, Z-Dog grabs me "no!!! Don't touch me!!" I growled at her as they cried, Z-Dog place her hand on my shoulder and pick up Ewa, who was fighting to get away while Colonel brought Spider back to the boat. I lean against the railing, crying as I watch the flame engulf the tribes homes, behind me, Colonel stomped as he walked "you wanna hunt, let's hunt" he said, I turn to look at him then turn to Spider, I kneel down "hunt? Hunt what?" I ask him and he shrug "I... I don't know" he said. I pick Ewa up and glared at Colonel. "What?" "I hate you Colonel"

That struck his heart badly, instead of using Miles, you used Colonel and his mate, hating him felt even worse. He watch you sit down on the deck with Ewa, her crying has turn to whimpers as you take a nap with her. the boat goes to a group of Tulkans and the boat moved violently, waking Ewa and you up, you look around to see Tulkans "no..." you ran to Quaritch "tell me you guys aren't hunting these... tell me" you ask, grabbing his arm and he nods, sighing as Captain Mick Scoresby gets behind the gun and shoots at a mother tulkan with its baby behind it. The tracker vibrates, forcing the other Tulkans to swam away "nooo!!! Colonel!!" They shoot at the Tulkan, killing her after 3 shots and the beautiful creature is dead.
You turn to Quaritch, mouth open and shock. "I.. trusted you, I trusted you.." trembling you look down "you stole me from my family, you pretended you wanted to be with me and now... you really are a demon..." you said, shaking your head as you walk away, Spider walked up "you did rituals with her? Didn't you?" He ask and Quaritch nod "your unbearable... nothing you can do will make it right with Y/N" Spider walked to you and hug her, you lean over to hug him, Ewa glared at Quaritch as she hug your leg.

After a few hours, they hunted for another one. Colonel tried talking to you but you ignored him till he just backed up to look through the binoculars "well, I'd be damn..." he turns to Captain Mick Scoresby "Sully's kids"
You gasp, looking around to see everyones attention was to Sully's kids. I grab Spider "I'm gonna go, keep them distracted.. I have to get to my family, I promise... I'll come back" you kiss his forehead and he nods "stay safe" he whispers, you grab Ewa and put her on your back, you took her tracked off and hand it to Spider as you silently jump in the water without being caught. You see a Ilu and it comes up to you, you point to your family, somehow it understood you as it showed you its back, you connected with the Ilu, you felt the Ilu's mind, finding out it was a her and you held onto her tightly while Ewu climb infront of you, holding the Ilu tightly. She swam towards your family, already regretting leaving Spider.
