In the previous chapter,
Bumblebee stumbled against MEGATRON. The team was evacuating the base when Megatron attacked them.
NOW
Megatron's POV :
Unknown voice : Master, you are back !?
Megatron : Starscream!
Turns back
Starscream: Yes master your tiny servant.
Megatron : What the hell are you doing here?
Starscream : Master, I have been keeping an eye on those autobots. They are planning to outthrow the ruling party of cybertron.
Megatron : Showing their true colors, ehh. WASN'T THAT THE SAME THING I WAS GONNA DO!!
Starscream : Yes master, but now shouldn't we head out to our base.
Megatron : Yeah
Megatron starts the ground bridge of the autobot base while Starscream opens his ground bridge. A giant dark colored portal opens because of the collision of both the bridges.
Starscream : What the
The portal starts to suck in Starscream but before Megatron could do anything he was gone. Then something holding the head of Starscream comes out of the portal.
Megatron : SOUNDWAVE
Soundwave closes both ground bridges

Translation : Master go to the base with my portal while Starscream tell me the co-ordinates.
Megatron : Ok.
At Starscream's base :
Megatron : This small ship is your base. (Not the boat the flying ship)
Starscream : Yes master this is the ship made from the only parts I could gather from the Nemesis.
Megatron : This is the Nemesis. WHAT HAPPENED TO IT.
Starscream : Master, the nemesis had crashed when it arrived in cybertron.
Megatron : Ok, Soundwave see if you can change this ship into the real Nemesis. Till then I and Starscream need to discuss something.
Soundwave : -----
Translation : Ok
Starscream : Ok master?
While walking Megatron spotted something. It was a mini decepticon. All went back at the ship. Soundwave had upgraded the tracking system to the full world and a 120 mile in the earth's atmosphere.
Megatron : Soundwave can you spot all decepticons in the world.
Soundwave tracks all of them there were a total 1284 of them. Megatron had made an army again before even anyone could IMAGINE.
