Ramattra x reader

I'm in love with this omnic so here's something for him

~(y/n) POV~
I stare up into the sky after a long days work. Everything just felt like it was finally coming into place but at the same time I felt a warm nothingness in my soul. Staying with the monastery to help teach me has its perks, being able to see this sky whenever night hits and meeting the love of my life.

"(Y/n)."

I look to my left and see Ramattra. He calmly walks over to me, he sounds very relieved I was here.

"Hello love, finished with whatever it was you were doing?"

He nods his head before he sits next to me. He doesn't really make a move to look up or at me, is Ram ok?

"You seem to be very distant, is there something on your mind Ram?"

"Nothing you should worry about my dear. I'm just....thinking."

I nod my head before leaning my head on his side. We stare at the stars for a few moments until I feel Ram put his whole arm around me. I smile softly before I see a shooting star.

"Make a wish, shooting star!"

"Why would I need to bother with a wish when I already have you by my side."

I chuckle at that. I don't say anything else as I start to lightly hum a tune I heard on the radio the other day. I close my eyes as I feel my body start to get sleepy.

"Let's get you inside. We don't want you to get sick again."

Ram doesn't wait for an answer as he picks me up, I blush a bit but laugh when he starts to go to our room.

"Rest easy my dear."

I smile at him as I grab his hand and pull him to the bed. He makes a weird noise when he falls down which makes me laugh. I pull him close to me and slowly start to feel my body get relaxed enough to rest.

"You seem awfully affectionate dear. Not that I'm complaining but, why?"

"I," I purse my lips as I try and find the worlds to explain it, "I don't know why, but there's some part of me that's feeling like, we don't have much time. There's just some weird part that feels like tonight might be the last, I wish I knew why. I guess because of that I just want to show you how much I love you."

Ram doesn't say anything as he pulls me closer.

"I adore you my love. This life is the only one we have and I'm happy to spend as much time of it with you."

I smile as I hold him close, I don't really care that he's colder than anything or the fact his cybernetics aren't the most comfortable. I just want to be here with him.

"Ram, you know I love you right?"

He chuckles at that as he pulls my head to him. I kiss where he would have hips and he gently starts to comb my hair once I pull away.

"I know my love, just as I love you."

His voice becomes soft, but there's an undertone to it I can't put my finger on, like guilt. I'll ask him later, maybe in the morning.

"Promise me to stay till morning my love?"

Ram doesn't answer me as he continues to pet my hair, I smile as I finally shut my eyes to sleep.

My dream is filled with fire and reds as deep as blood. I try and find my way out but there's no end to it all. I see a figure in the distance, Ramattra! I try and call to him but, my voice isn't there. I scream and scream but nothing comes out. I look at where Ramattra was and there was a pile of bodies, omnic and human alike, with him standing on top. He hasn't looked at me this whole time but I'm in so much shock to look away. Once he turns to me I feel anger and an evil presence, something I've never imagined from him. To my own horror he walks to me, it's almost unnerving how I can feel his hand run through my hair.

"I'm sorry my love. Forgive me in the next life."

I watch as he moved his hand to my neck, my body freezing up as I feel him constricting me before I gasp out.

I jolt up sweat pouring from my head. My hand goes to my neck as I try and breathe properly, it felt too real, I could feel him trying to hurt me. I look around for Ramattra to confirm to myself he's ok, but he's nowhere in my room. Weird, he never lets me sleep alone. I quickly put on a coat and I walk out my room trying to find him. The chill night air sends goosebumps over my skin.

"Ram? Ram! Where are you love?!"

I start to walk everywhere to see even a glimpse of him, but he's gone, almost like he took everything of his too.

"(Y/n)?"

I stop in my tracks as I see a friendly face walking towards me.

"Oh! Hi Zenyatta. Have you seen Ramattra anywhere?"

"Not since last night." Zenyatta seems hesitant to ask me this, that's another weird thing tonight. "Was he acting, strange, when you saw him?"

Zenyatta has such a weird tone in his voice and it made my heart start to break, oh no what has my love done.

"No, why?"

"I felt darkness around Ramattra and I'm worried for him."

"He seemed fine but..."

"But what (y/n)?"

"Just, distant. Like he was hiding something from me. I didn't think much of it but I was going to ask about it once I woke up."

"Let us hope I am wrong about what I felt. Hopefully Ramattra will be back to the monastery before midday."

I nod my head at Zenyatta as I walk back to our room, I stare outside the window and I look for any signs of him. I don't see anything.

"He'll be back, he has to."

I go back to my room to start my day, everything feels so cold and tense now.
