"COME ON, MOVE IT, SOLDIERS!"

Second yelled out loud. Five sticks and one stick model were flying through the air at incredible speeds. They slashed through dummy objects with the weapons and resources they had. Second was flying around and checking on the members, especially their two new ones, DJ and Victim. It was harsh treatment, yes, but training was important. It was also a little different since a human was on the team now, but he still had to train nonetheless.

DJ accidentally slipped up and missed an enemy, knocking into Red, throwing them both slightly off course.

"DJ!" Second screamed. "PULL IT TOGETHER! FOCUS, UNLESS YOU WANNA RISK DYING OUT ON THE FIELD!"

"Geez, you treat them pretty rough." Purple walked up besides Second.

Second made an allowance for Purple and King to stay at their place if they weren't at DJ's laptop. DJ made sure to keep them in check, as the others didn't quite trust the two after the sabotages a few months ago (more specifically, Blue.) The two didn't need to train, as they already did it on their own time.

"Yeah, but that's how I've always done it."

"Pft. Well, I gotta admit, it's pretty funny seeing DJ getting yelled at."

"Hm." Second slyly smiled at that comment.

Ready for them to stop, Second clapped his hands twice as a signal. They all came down to the ground and stood beside each other.

"Alright, now that you're all here, here's what we're going to do for the rest of our training today. Blue, Yellow, you're done for today."

The two murmured to each other and high fived, walking off.

"The rest of you, pair up and spar. Victim with Red, DJ with Green. Vic, DJ, make sure to take advice from your partners. Start whenever, and since it's 2 right now, go until 3. Once that's over, Green and Red will swap places. You'll go until 4, and then we're done."

DJ took a few moments to catch his breath before Green walked over and patted him on the shoulder.

"Worn out already?"

"Yeah, I'm still not used to practicing and training this much and this hard.. even if it has been months.. I was woken up at 6 this morning just to train.."

"I guess you aren't, huh? At least you don't have to physically run and jump around like us. You get to float around, you got it easy. Now c'mon, enough complaining, let's get to sparring."

Taking a few steps back, the two counted off and then lunged at each other. DJ barely avoided Green's first bullet. He rebounded and swung at Green, completely missing. Green shot again, and DJ heard a little plastic bullet from Green's practice gun bounce right off of him and land on the ground.

"That would have caused serious damage if it was in a real situation. You need to start learning how to dodge more efficiently, and acing your hits. You're getting better, just be snappy and put a little more oomph into it. Here, let's try this."

...

At 4, they all paused at the sound of Second clapping twice.

"Ok, bring it here."

Once they all lined up in front of him, he took a breath.

"I just received word from Yellow that we have another three attacks taking place tomorrow. We start at 3 am, then there's another one at 4. After that, we'll have a time frame of about 8 hours to help restore both of those websites before the third one takes place at 1:27 pm. Eat, get some rest and set an alarm if you have to. Head out."

Everyone took off. DJ and Victim walked off together.

"God.. waking up at 2:30 again?" DJ complained.

"I know, but we gotta be there.. on time." Victim yawned. "Can't believe I signed up for this.."

"It's insane how they've managed to do this for 8 years.. I could never."

"Well, it's their job, right?"

"I guess, but wouldn't you normally get paid for a job?"

"Maybe being a renowned hero pays off."

"Neither of us would know, huh?"

"Definitely not."

DJ tilted his head up and looked at the sky.

"Where do you think he is?"

"..who?" Victim thought for a second. "Oh, yeah. Him. Uh, hell if I know, honestly. We haven't seen him with any of the attacks, and I doubt we'll see him with the three tomorrow."

"Yeah. I'm just wondering where he ran off to. If he even got that far. I wouldn't know."

"..me neither. I just wished I could've done better when it came to talking to Chosen.. and to him, even."

DJ hesitated for a moment, and just decided to nod his head.
