Hamish: I'd be a lion, like Simba from The Lion King, so I could move faster than anyone on a skateboard! Then I'd win races easily!
Leslie: I'd be a hermit crab, so I could pick up litter and carry it off the beach, and make sure all hermit crabs pick only shells to move into, not litter.
Cap'n Salty: 'Arr, I'd be a dolphin, so I could swim through the seas and water around Olliewood, all without the need for me bathin' suit and diving gear. Hey, I may be old, but I can still swim and dive like the best of them!
Shopkeeper McDougal: I'd be a bird, so I could fly around, and get to breathe the fresh air. Would make a change form being in the shop most of the time.
Jimmy Nokia: I'd be a big strong bear, so I could cary boxes of mobile phone supplies to my shop easily.
