"Hmmm, Shanks... are you the Red-Haired Shanks that came from the Grand Line," Takashi said as he eyed Shanks,
"HAHAHA So you've heard of me I gotta say I'm surprised," Shanks said laughing and drinking some sake
"Yeah of course I've heard of you your kinda infamous, oh where are my manners I'm Takashi Monkey D. Takashi nice to meet you, Shanks," Takashi said in a bow while smiling,
"And He's My Brother," says an energetic boy while smiling and he's about 7 years old "Oh is he Luffy you two act nothing alike HAHAHA," Shanks said as he identified the boy as Takashi"s little brother Monkey D. Luffy,
"I think Luffy hit his head a little bit too much when he was little," Takashi says with a teasing smile Then Takashi notices something "Huh Luffy why do you have a bandage under your eye," Takashi says confused,
"I just wanted to prove I could become a pirate!! and Shanks take me on your next voyage I want to become a pirate too!!," Luffy says while waving his arms in the air
"*sigh* Grandpas going to kill you and me when he gets back," Takashi said with a sigh as he's rubbing his head Luffy looks shaken up but listens to what Shanks says,
"Someone like you can't become a Pirate! you can't swim You'd only be a burden!" Shanks says mockingly Takashi lets a chuckle escapes lips as he eats his biscuit and tea Makino just brought him and Luffy looks at him betrayed,
And says angrily while getting off his chair" Not you too Takashi!! And So what if I can't swim?! I will just Make sure I don't fall off the ship! Also, I'm good at fighting! My punch is as strong as a pistol!"
Takashi then whispered "then not very strong" Shanks heard and Chuckled But then says blankly with a hand on his cheek "A pistol? Really now?" Luffy then looks at him angrily and says "What's with that attitude?!" Takashi just chuckles at his anger after he finishes eating he goes to talk with Ben Beckman
"HEY Luffy" Luck roux said as he came over with yassop and three other pirates
As Takashi sat down at Bens table and say"So Ben where are you from" Ben takes a puff from his smoke and says "the north blue why kid" "no reason but is it true that Shanks was part of Gol D.Roger crew" Ask Takashi excited "*chuckles yes that's true kid" Ben says while then Luffy walks by our table and says
"This is tiring! I even cut myself just so I could ask him." "Luffy try to understand how our Captain feels."Ben says amused " Vice-Captain!... How Shanks feels?" Luffy says confused as he walks to are table
"That's right. He may not look like it, but he's the captain of a pirate crew. Just as he knows how fun it is to be a pirate, He also knows best how dangerous and risky it can be" Ben says but then continues "Do you understand? He knows you're determined to be a pirate. It's not like he's trying to discourage you"
"Don't be silly! Shanks does nothing but tease and make fun of all-day" Luffy says with a serious expression "I gotta go see you guys" Takashi says with a smile as he goes to leave he hears Shanks yell "Hammer" while laughing
As walking he sees people wearing yellowish-white clothes going towards Makino's bar but paying no mind to them cause they don't seem like too much other than carrying swords,
The next day he was back at his training spot he sat down and pulled out a book "hmm soru it allows the user to move at extremely high speeds to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power. the principle of this move is to kick off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye,
"hmmm ok let's do it," Takashi said as he started practicing soru by tapping his foot on the ground but improves the speed each turn,
After 100 tries he succeeds in using soru and now he's testing it he makes an apple fall from a tree as the apple from the tree he stomps his foot on the ground at insane speeds and catches the mid but falls on his Butt,
"ow but I did it, huh it's already evening time let's go back to town," Takashi said as ran back to the village
As he was through the village he heard a ruckus
he climbed onto a roof to see what was going as soon as Takashi got there he saw lucky roux shoot a bandit in the head while taking a bite from a piece of meat,
"You killed him you bastard" "How could you do that?! you coward!" two bandits said angrily
"Cowards? don't be naive...Do you think you're dealing with Saints" " The Man in front of you are pirates!!" Shanks and Ben said in the badass way possible,
"Listen, Bandits. you can throw food and drinks on my head I'll just laugh that off...However!..No Matter the reason, I will not forgive the ones who hurt my friends!!!" Shanks says an angry expression and those were the words Luffy and Takashi took to heart,
The bandit leader starts laughing and says "Will not forgive, you say?... Pirates, who float around in the sea fighting bandits? What a joke...Kill Them All, Men!!!!" The bandit leader yelled
Benn walks forward and says "I'll handle them, I'm more than enough" one bandit attacks him he dodges and put his cigarette on the bandit's forehead then swings his flintlock rifle knocking all of them down except two,
The two remaining bandits go to attack benn when a pebble hits one of them in the head knocking him down and the other one is knocked out by a soru using Takashi,
Benn then says while lighting a cigarette"Don't flatter yourself, Bandit...If you want to fight us, you should bring a warship with you." "Yeah and how about you let my brother go and I might not kick your ass," Takashi said with a dangerous gleam in his blue eyes
"Wait... this kid provoked us first," The bandit leader said "whatever. aren't you a wanted man?"Shanks said while looking at him the bandit leader get frightened and takes a step back then throws a smoke bomb while running off with Luffy,
"Damn It! I got careless! Luffy was... What do we do guys?!"Shanks says freaking out "is this guy really a powerful pirate from the Grand Line" Takashi thought while searching for Luffy
Time skip a few in a short summary Shanks saved Luffy using an unknown pressure but lost his arm in the process,
At the port, you see the pirates packing up to leave
"Oh you're going to be bigger than us, huh," Shanks says then walks toward and puts his hat on Luffy's head then Luffy starts crying " in that case...ill leave my hat to you... it's very important to me "
"When you've become a pirate come give it back to men and when you become a great marine come and try to catch me," Shank says while walking away "BYE but I don't understand why people keep thinking I'm going to become a Marine," Takashi says as mumbles the last part
Then runs to the bar to write in his journal about what happened in the past two days and thinks about how to escape the wrath of his Grandpa.
