"You ready kid?" Lonnie asked
"Stay ready, ain't gotta get ready" I said and Shana chuckled
"Alright, so here's what's going to go down. Y/n, you'll go in there to red carpet and get some pics in with Shana, do a couple of interviews for some press, you'll find your seat until it's time to present. Of course there's going to be teleprompter for you while presenting so one less thing to worry about. Just look good, show up and show out" Lonnie said and I nodded as we came to a stop
"You ready?" I asked my sister and she nodded
"I'm a Y/ln, of course I'm ready" She said and I chuckled as I got out to help Shana out the SUV
"Y/n!!!"
"Y/n look over here"
"Y/n are you dating Jenna Ortega?"
"Y/n what team are you going to?"
"Y/n is that your girlfriend?"
"Ew" Shana mumbled and I laughed
"Man, don't play me" I said and she laughed
We walked in the venue and instantly a bunch of camera flashes got sent out way. We immediately walked onto the red carpet and stopped for pics and posed for them. As I flashed my smile towards the crowd of photographers, I looked to my left and noticed a certain group of people with a certain 5'1 brunette in the mix of them. Lord, please don't let me make an ass out of myself now
Jenna's POV
"Jenna, over here!"
As I posed for the photographers in front of me, trying to rid all of the nerves, I felt Melissa rub my back in reassurance causing me to lightly smile
"You got this Jenna, don't freak" She mumbled as she smiled at the camera
"I'm literally trying not to right now" I mumbled before giving a toothless smile to the crowd
"You know if it makes it any better, your secret admirer is literally right there on our right" Jasmine mumbled in my ear and I very abruptly looked to my right
If I didn't have a crush on him before, I definitely did now. I watched him flash his perfectly white smile at the crowd and suddenly became really uneasy. Melissa told me to look forward, but every now and again I find myself staring at the crazily attractive guy 2 feet away from me. I caught his glimpse at me before snapping back to reality and looking forward. Finally we moved up away from him and I sighed in relief
"And here's the lovely cast of Scream V looking amazing, how are you guys?" Chelsea Briggs asked and we all smiled
"We're doing pretty good, and yourself?" Mason asked and Chelsea nodded with a smile
