Now, I've read the book Monster Blood II by R.L. Stine more than once, and I have to say, it's pretty amazing, as well as highly awesome too. Plus, the 12-year-old main protagonist Evan Ross and his friend Andrea (who prefers to be called "Andy" for short and whose surname isn't revealed) sure are quite something in their own unique ways.

If I had to pick one part from this book as my favorite part, it would definitely be this one:

"Hi, I'm Andy," Andy chirped brightly. She stepped in between the two boys and flashed Conan a smile.
"Andy is a boy's name," Conan said, making a disgusted face. He turned his hard stare on her, challenging her.
"And what kind of a name is Conan?" Andy shot back, returning his stare.
"You know me?" Conan asked, sounding surprised.
"You're famous," Andy replied dryly.

Basically, the bully Conan "the Barbarian" Barber is puzzled when he meets Evan's friend Andy, and sees Andy was actually a girl, as he'd initially thought Andy was a boy. When he told her the name Andy was usually for boys, Andy asked him what kind of name Conan was while returning his challenging stare right back at him; this came as a bit of a shock to Conan, as he possibly never thought he'd see the day when a girl would ask him what kind of a name "Conan" was (which he didn't have an answer for), or even show her bravery in giving him back his own challenging stare for once.

"Put him down! Cuddles—put him down!" Mr. Murphy was screaming.
Evan turned and saw that the giant hamster had picked up a kid.
Conan!
Cuddles held Conan in both paws and was raising him toward his gaping mouth.
"Drop! Drop!" Mr. Murphy was shouting.
Conan thrashed his arms and legs. "Help me! Ohhh, hellllp me!" he shrieked. He started to cry. Gasping sobs. Tears rolled down his red cheeks.
"Helllllp! Mommmmmy! Mommmmmy! Hellllp me!"
Normally Evan would have enjoyed watching Conan cry like a baby. But this was too serious. Cuddles could chew Conan in half! Evan realized.
(p. 58)

Finally, I give this book two thumbs up, and I also give it five stars as well (although ten stars would be even better). 😎🦅
