"thank the heavens, our prince is growing just fine!" said ira who is carrying the 5-month old aenor
"he'll make a fine prince" kayla smiled at the baby
"he surely will..where's daemon?" visenys asks
"princess, he went to the city watch this morning for some urgent business" said ira
"i see, is there any news from king's landing?" visenys stirs the question
"yes, it is informed that your sister princess rhaenyra will be wed to Laenor Velaryon next moon" kayla smiled
"thank the heavens! im so happy for her" visenys smiled while doing her embroidery
"so her majesty requests for you to stay in king's landing for their wedding ceremony" ira adds and visenys nodded
"its interesting how lords had already sent their daughter's hand in marriage to my son who is just a 5 month old baby" visenys chuckled at the stupidity
"its too early, my princess" said ira who is shooking her head
"yeah i agree but daemon on the other hand.." said visenys, both ira and kayla sighs
"let me guess, he wants it?" ira rolled her eyes and visenys nodded with a chuckle
"he's barely walking" kayla sighs, "im sure i can talk this out with him" visenys reassured
"not to mention- lady baelyn strong is engaged to cole baratheon!" ira grinned widely and visenys' eyes brighten up
"that's such a good news! kayla, prepare the new glorious dresses and jewelries to be sent to lady baelyn" visenys smiled and kayla nodded
"as you wish, my princess" kayla bowed before leaving the chamber
visenys placed down her embroidery and open her arms for ira to hand over aenor to her and once aenor was on her arms, visenys smiled
"aenor, my brave prince..my silver-haired chosen prince" visenys cooed and kissed aenor's forehead..
Alicent's child Aegon was born a month after Aenor, Alicent and Visenys always wanted Aenor and Aegon to grow up together as friends and family to prevent otto's influence and to prevent conflicts or bad blood. That's a good choice.
Not even a year the two princes were born, they are already famous. The realm adored the two princes and many high lords has sent letters to both Alicent and Visenys for their daughters to marry their son in the future but the two royals agreed that it is too early however their husbands are always interested.
"ira, lets help get the prince a bath" visenys raised her head to see ira. "of course, my princess" ira nodded immediately

"what's bothering you?" viserys asks softly to his secondborn
"nothing" rhaenyra said with an attitude and she placed down her fork aggressively making viserys sigh deeply
"what is it now, rhaenyra?" he asks with a slight annoyance of his daughter's attitude lately
"when's daemon and visenys are coming back here?" she asks, "next moon" viserys immediately answered
"prince aenor is quite a joy of the realm and same goes to aegon, the people wishes to meet them" viserys smiled proudly
rhaenyra rolled her eyes, these pass months her father has been rambling about visenys' son and her little step-brother
"soon, it will be your turn rhaenyra" said viserys sipping his cup, rhaenyra was about to say something until alicent walked in and sat down next to viserys on the dining table
"you're not eating rhaenyra?" alicent asks softly but rhaenyra didn't answer.
Alicent made a nervous look when rhaenyra ignored her and she just went to her food to forget about the awkwardness
"my love, how is aegon?" viserys asks with a wide smile, "very well your grace, the prince is also eating well" alicent smiled
"May the seven bless him" viserys prayed, "prince Aenor and prince Aegon are the talk of the realm for these past months.. isn't it interesting?" alicent chuckled and viserys too
Rhaenyra rolled her eyes, "back at this topic again" she mumbled low enough only for her to hear
"they'll make a fine prince" viserys smriked and alicent nodded before her eyes narrowed back to rhaenyra
"rhaenyra, are you alright?" alicent asks in a slight worry and she just scoffs
"im better than you think i am, i just lost my appetite and i wish to leave now" rhaenyra faked a smile before standing up and bow and left immediately leaving alicent and viserys confused and speechless

"this frustrates me really" otto slammed his hands on the table
"what is?" ser criston asks, "fucking Visenys Targaryen" he rolled his eyes
"she has a son first, then of course her son Aenor will be the heir" he yelled out frustratedly making ser criston flinch
"its still a long way, the prince is still very young" ser criston reassured
"young...HAHA YOUNG! this is our chance! to kill the prince!!" Otto yelled out sinisterly
ser criston's eyes widened, "that's too early..we should wait till the prince hits his teenage age" ser criston suggested but otto was rambling how much power he would get if aenor is dead by now
"like i said..we should wait till the young prince hits his teenage phase, let the princess has fun with her young prince for now" ser criston suggested again
"fine..yes of course, let her have her joy with him while she can and I can't wait to see the broken tears from her eyes once she finds out that her firstborn is dead" otto laughed sinisterly making ser criston throw him a dirty look
