Chapter 10

Ricky Pov:

When I leave the cafeteria, I am still in shock that Brooke slapped me considering we are partners in the organization and have known each other for awhile though she has way too many emotions. She was her for a smaller mission and is supposed to help me out with parts of my mission when I need back up and get attacked but she doesn't know what the mission is about.

I walked into my first class forgetting that I have to sit next to Nina. As long as I don't talk to her I will be fine. Class is fine until Mr. Aaron gives us an assignment.

"Class I want you to work with the person at your tables and talk about what we review in class and here is the assignment you both have to work with together to complete," Mr. Aaron says.

Just great that is definitely what I want to do now but maybe I could work by myself if I ask.

"Also, if you don't work with you pair partner you get a 0 on the assignment, I'm watching always watching so I want you guy to wok and talking with your partner that is the point of this assignment," Mr. Aaron says.

So much for going to ask to do the assignment by myself. I see her start writing on the paper not talking to me which is deserved I guess but I don't want to fail this assignment.

"So, you aren't going to talk to me well I don't want to get a 0 so we are going to have to work together," I say.

" I was just writing my name on the paper then I would talk to you because I'm not in the talking mood right now," Nina says.

"Will you at least stop being petty I don't want to fail this assignment plus you aren't making your reputation any better now, but I guess you just want to be hated for the rest of the years you are going to be here fine with me," I tell her.

I see her react it looks like she is about to cry, and she starts shaking/trembling. All the sudden the pain came back it is food poisoning, right?

"Would you please stop with the reputation thing I honestly don't care anymore why do you keep using it against me," Nina asks me but her voice breaks.

"Because it is one of your weaknesses and insecurities," I tell her.

"Why are you so upset that I just said I was being clumsy and not pushed?" Ninia asks.

Yeah, why am I? The emotion I felt I think it is called anger. It was wrong of Hailey to that. How could she just do that Nina. Why am I thinking about her I have never done it for anyone else why now. Is the food poisoning doing this to me.

" You are lying that is the problem you don't lie to friends," I say.

"Says the person who is trying to make someone who at the time was their friend feel bad but now isn't friends with you anymore," Nina says.

She isn't wrong.

"If we keep doing this, we are going to fail this assignment so, could you work with me for 30 minutes so we can get the project done," I tell her.

"Fine," Nina says to me after a long pause.

When we were working together, I don't know but I felt something, and I enjoyed I think that is the word her presence. This is only something that Nini was able to do but they aren't the same person.

"Well now you don't need to talk to me because we finished the assignment already," I say to her.

"Oh," Nina says.

The bell goes off and I head to my next classes.

For the rest of the day, I had that feeling it definitely has to be food poisoning for sure. Though parts of the day I also felt something else which is most likely another effect of food poisoning for sure...............................Definitely

What is going on? Where am I? Then I notice shadows of a people. I then see a building and realize that we are right by the empire state building.

"You heard the entire conversation didn't you," Figure 1 says.

"What no I just was going to the library. What conversation," The other figure says.

"Well, I believe you, NOT the library is the other way, so I am going to ask again, why were you sneaking up on my and listening to my conversation?" Figure 1 says to Figure 2.

What is happening here I really wonder what is going on and what the conversation what about.

"I wasn't okay I was just going to run an errand," Figure 2 says.

"I don't believe you--HEY," Figure 1 says and then falls to the ground.

"I knew you wouldn't, but you feel for the trap now the plan is going to go well," Figure 2 says.

I get up and try to go see but then -GOT NOT PLAN, DOIN' ANYTHING WE CAN JUST TO FEEL SOMETHIN' (OOH)

I jump from bed and turn off my alarm which Brooke told me to put on because in her words "You have to put this song as your alarm because it is JOSHUA BASSETT which is good looking, and he make good music plus he is a fan of Harry Styles and Harry Styles is amazing,"

"But don't you think Leo is good looking so I'm guessing this Josha Basket guy looks like him," I say.

"NO and it's Joshua Bassett not Josha Basket Ricky get it right," Brooke says.

That was a good memory and don't get her hype about is it Josha Basket and Gary Lyes but oh well I know now she likes Taylor rift I think that is her name. I think that is who Nina got her to like and Leo told me how Brooke said that Taylor rift is her mother, and that Gary Lyes guy are her parent then her new stepdad joe I think but I don't know or care to remember.

I get up and get ready for the day ready to try and finish this mission because now it seems that I have taking too long I mean it has been almost 2 years now. If I am correct, I know that majority of the girls here do not wear a necklace or work for team Ace. Now Nina could be she wears this necklace that looks similar to the one I should be looking for and magically shows up after the team disbanded accordingly. I have been here before they disbanded and now, she is here, and I know they were fully disbanded even though Benjamin told me that they were.

New plans get close to Nini, be kind, try and get her to tell me about her necklace and then arrest her get arrested. Good plan to me because now I am tired of looking for this necklace which has information to turn New York upside down literally.

Here is chapter 10 I know it is a little short but what do you think of that tiny plot twist about Brooke? Don't worry she is nicer than Ricky and that isn't on her mind.
