"Y/n! If you don't hurry up, I'm gonna leave without you!" I sighed, knowing we'd probably be here for another half hour. I decided to turn on the T.V. while waiting for them.
Y/n POV:
I walked out of my room, slipping my purse over my shoulder, and pulling my hair tie off of my wrist, putting my hair up in a ponytail. I walked down the hall into the living room to see Gon watching his favorite show.
I smiled to myself, watching as his hazel brown eyes sparkled at the events on screen. I quietly snuck up behind him, wrapping my arms around his waist. His eyes were fixated on the screen, but I couldn't help but notice the heat rising to his cheeks.
Gon POV:
"Ready to go?" I said, trying to hide the red pigment on my face. They nodded, and we left the house and made the short journey to the various shops on Whale Island.
I could tell by the scenery and the smell of food that we were almost there. I was about to break the silence of our walk when y/n abruptly stopped.
"Hey, you ok?" I asked, my voice full of fear as I immediately walked up to them.
Y/n POV:
I watched Gon as he walked back up to me with his scared expression, making me feel a little bad for what I was about to ask.
"Can you carry me please?" I said, giving him my best puppy dog eyes. He rolled his eyes at me but eventually complied, lifting me bridal style. I blushed as I could feel his biceps moving under me. He laughed, a sweet sound I would never erase from my mind,and I hid my face in his shoulder in embarrassment. He then giggled, carrying me the rest of the way there.
Gon POV:
"Alright gorgeous, were here" I said, smirking as I saw the blush that was already coating their skin become even more visible at the name I came up with. We walked down the small road that was surrounded by shops on both sides.
Y/n POV:
As I looked at the shops we passed by, a specific one caught my eye. I could tell by the interior it was a clothing store, and I knew a person that this kind of thing would be good for them.
"Hey Gon, follow me" I said, grabbing his hand and leading him towards that direction. I could tell by his strained expression that he's been through this before, probably with Killua.
We walked into the clothing store, a nice lady going by the name of Kaidence greeting us at the entrance. I told her we were looking for an outfit for Gon, and after analyzing him for a minute, Kaidence told him to meet her at the back. I sat on a chair at the front, patiently waiting for Gon's return.
Gon POV:
"I think I have the perfect outfit for you!" said Kaidence, leading me to a walk-in closet at the back of the store. She pulled out a white tank top, a long sleeved olive green sweater, black pants, and a Gucci belt (something like this lol).

She laid the items in my hand, and shoved me towards the fitting room. "Good luck Gon~" she said in a sing-song voice.
After shutting the door, I tried on the outfit the kind girl handed me, and......
Damn did I look good.
I twirled in front of the mirror a few times as a light red hue appeared on my cheeks. I smirked as I imagined the look on y/n's face.
Y/n POV:
After what felt like forever, I finally heard Gon's footsteps and Kaidence singing Heatwaves as they approached me from the hallway. I looked up from my phone and-
I fell head over heels in love all over again.
He was so fucking handsome.
The outfit made him look so much hotter, and everything fit just right.
"Well, do you like it?" he said, walking over to me, then smirked when he saw my face flush.
He laughed, lifting my chin up with his finger. "Well then, I'll take that as a yes, gorgeous".
*timeskip*
Kaidence POV:
"Yall are so cute together!" I said, taking a bite of my Nutella toast. Gon gave me a sweet smile, and after thinking for a bit, turned to me. "You know Kaidence, I think you and my friend Killua would be good together.
"Oh, really?" I said, intrigued by who this person was. "May I see what he looks like"? He flipped his phone around and-
...God damn he's hot.
*timeskip*
Y/n POV:
"I had fun" I said to Gon on the way back home. After saying goodbye to Kaidence and checking out a few more shops, we decided to call it a night.
After a minute, when we were about halfway home, Gon abruptly stopped walking.
"What's wrong?" I said, walking back up to him. He looked away, trying to hide his blush, but eventually looked back at me. "I forgot something" he said, looking so intently into my eyes I felt like I was melting.
Before I could respond, he quickly pulled me into him, pressing his lips to mine. He bit my bottom lip, and I couldn't help but let out a whimper in response.
He angled my head to deepen the kiss, and my head was full of so much bliss, I was starting to get dizzy.
He pulled away, and I felt cold instantly after. I just stood there, half confused and mostly a blushing mess. He giggled, booped my nose, then took off running.
"Hey!" I said, laughing and taking off after him. I swear, one minute, he makes me weak in the knees and the next his playfulness comes out, he's so confusing but I've never loved anything more.
Gon may change his style, but I hope he never changes the way he loves.
Hope you all liked this oneshot! It took me so long to come up with an idea, but my mom said "why does he wear the same outfit for the whole show?", and that's how this happened lol.
