Socks didn't respond back.
This worried Laff enough that he put his hand on Socks' chest to feel if he was breathing.
He was relieved when he felt it.
Suddenly there was a knock on his door.
The person on the other side said "Can I see him?"
Laff responded with "No, He's asleep."
The voice replied with "Is he okay?"
Laff didn't respond hoping they would go away.
He didn't want anyone seeing Socks right now after he just banned Meme from being near him.
Laff looked back over to Socks.
He was sleeping "peacefully."
Blaza's POV
I knew Meme wouldn't have just left for no reason.
He's obviously just embarrassed?
Or- Scared that he may be in trouble with Laff if he found out.
Although, Laff is pretty smart.
He probably already knows.

While Blaza was thinking these things about Meme and Laff, And as you May know if you've read earlier chapters you would know that Laff basically attacked Meme for this so I guess Blaza is thinking right about the situation.
