Everything that was happening right now was not less than any nightmare for ram and priyas family and specially for pihu , even though nobody had told her anything in detail she was smart enough to understand everything that was happening

while everyone looked at pihu in aww with the innocence she had then they saw aadi came bringing some news of Priya

S - aadi kya hua priya kaisi hai
A- woh doctors keh rahe hai delivery abhi karni padegi par
S- par kya aadi
A - doctors said that because there were already complications in her pregnancy and after this they are not sure if will be able to save both of them

S- they have to do something
Saara said almost crying and breaking down
A - they have to wait till her vitals are stable before performing the surgery
A- doctors said that even in her unconsciousness she is saying rams name
Then a doctor came from rams room
DOCTOR -Dr
Br - doctor ram kaisa hai
Dr - we are trying to make him breathe on his own but we dont know how long he is gonna take
Dr- he is saying his wife name priya a lot
Dr - we have to wait tonight to keep him in observation but we dont anything for sure right now
NEXT DAY IN AFTERNOON
SAARAS pov
none of has left the hospital since last night my maa and rams maa is just sitting in front of ganeshjis murti since last night
I cant even imagine what my little sweet rasugulla pihu is feeling right now
she has been waiting eagerly so that the doctors can let her see ram and priya at least once
S- mera rasugulla aapne kuch nhi khaaya chalo ghar jaake kuch khaa kar aaye
Pi- nhi jab tak mumma papa nhi uthenge pihu kuch nhi khaaegi
