𝐈 𝐒𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐄 𝐈 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐎𝐓𝐏 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐌𝐘 𝐁𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐄 𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐘 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋. One thing I hated about school was the teachers. They made us do they same shit everyday. I got up from my vanity. Phone in hand as I walked to my closet. I hated Mondays but its worth the cute fits.
I was never worried about getting dressed coded but one thing I was worried about was my crush. He's in all my classes except for language arts. I heard he found out I liked him but idk yet.
“bestie ima call you back later, lmk when you ready for me to come pick you up” my bestie said. I nodded & she hung up. She only does that when her mom or brother needs something.
I sighed & grabbed a pink cropped sweater, grey joggers & dunks. Along wit a beanie. I closed my door & curtains & got dressed. Nobody was there but my mom. But I closed my curtains bc my neighbors are weird.
Once I was finished getting dressed I went to my vanity & picked out a perfume. I picked warm & cozy by pink.
I sprayed the perfume on myself before putting on lotion. I fixed my lashes & put on lipgloss. Mondays don't excite me.
I grabbed my white purse & sat it on my bed. I put my shoes on & fixed my bed. I put my dirty clothes in my hamper & did everything i need to before I grabbed my stuff & headed downstairs.
“good morning nay” my mama said. “good morning mama” I smiled, earning one back. Most people only like me bc of my mama. Which is a popular singer, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐡 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭.
Its like thats why people wanna be my friends or be my bf. But I only have 1 friend & its gonna remain that way.
I sat down & got on my phone earning a death glare from my mom. I laughed & put my phone down.
Once I put my phone down she put a plate with bacon, french toast, & eggs. She put a bottle of syrup next to my plate & smiled.
“have you seen my friends son” she asked going onto her phone. “nope” I shook my head no. She pulled up a picture on Instagram. The name saying “𝐥𝐮𝐡𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞𝐫_”. I smiled. Thats 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥.
“isnt he adorable” she asked. “i mean hes cute” I smiled. “he is, but whos taking you to school bc I have to go” she grabbed her coat off the chair & put it on.
“liberty gon pick me up” I said getting up & putting my plate in the sink. “ok well have fun” she said grabbing her keys & leaving.
