I should have known.
"Why am I here?" I ask as I sit down. Yoongi crushes the can and plays around with it.
"Well, I thought you played pretty cool back at the court. I thought maybe it'll be cool if you join our club," He replies in a tedious manner. Join an all boy basketball team? Just today, dad already warned me to stay away from basketball. And now I get an offer?
"I think I'll-" Before I can even finish my sentence, the door bursts open and one by one guys started swarming in, suddenly stopping in their paths when they see me.
"Security breach!" One of them shouts. Yoongi throws the empty can to his head.
"Hyung who is this?" The guy who got hit ask. I stand up and straighten my skirt.
"I'm Eunbi." I bow slightly. Yoongi then stands up while putting an arm around my shoulder.
"She will be our new shooting gaurd, she's joining our club."
"Ah jinja?" They all started crowding around me with big smiles. It was suffocating how their voices were echoing in my ears and their manly stench filling my lungs. I elbow Yoongi in the stomach and he lets me go while I push everyone from my surrounding.
"Yah, I haven't said I'll agree right?"
"How do we even know she can play?" A dude walks up to me and squints his eyes, revealing the eye fat in the corner of his eyes. I roll my eyes down to his name tag, Park Jimin. Ugh, his stepping all over my pride.
"Do you want a go?" I say as I crack each finger slowly, taunting him. He throws me a dirty look and winks.
"Let's see what you're capable of."

I wore a tee shirt which says 'Go Team BTS!" and lose basketball pants. Finally, something not a skirt. I tied my hair into a high ponytail, as usual during any basketball match. We reached the court and it was only the 8 of us.
Just then, I feel a light tap on my shoulder.
"Hi uhm, lets team up. I'm Jungkook, the maknae." A guy with raven hair lets out his hand. I just nod my head while tightening the grip of my hair tie.
"Let's not go easy." I slap his back playfully and he returns with a smile. We were against Jimin and Yoongi. The rest were sitting by the side watching.
"No foul play you guys hear me? Let's just play for fun. " A tall guy with freakishly broad shoulders walk towards us as he spins the basketball on one finger. He stands in between my pair and Yoongi's,
"Ready...."
He throws the ball into the air and Yoongi catches it with one hand as he dribbles and over pass to Jimin who catches it effortlessly. They play thunder before shooting into the hoop. Dang. From afar Jungkook shoots me a reassurance look. It was our ball now. We check each other before I pass the ball to Jungkook and he dribbles it back to me and I throw in the hoop, 3 pointer.
"Woah!" The side people cheers. I high-five Jungkook as I wipe the sweat off my forehead. The game went on for about 15 minutes before the last whistle was blown by Mr Shoulder. I drop on the floor while leaning backwards on my arms. The rest did the same as they sit around me.
"Wow! You were awesome." An orange haired guy says as he passes me a bottle of cold water. I gulp it down and pour some on my face as I enjoy the cooling sensation.
"So, what do you say? Want to try joining our team? We really could use a new member. " Yoongi finally ask.
I was contemplating all the horrors if I decided to join this club. Firstly, there's my dad who would slaughter me alive. Secondly, those obnoxious fangirls who will not only slaughter me alive but also feed me to the dogs knowing I'm hanging out with their 'Oppa'. And thirdly, can my mind handle being surrounded by weird guys?
You only regret the chances you didn't take.
My mom's voice suddenly echoed in my head. Why now of all times? Heck, I guess my sub-conscious mind is right. I'll take the risk.
"I'll give it a try." I blurt out with a grin. All of them cheers except for Yoongi who's smiling rather too cockily.
"Well, can you guys introduce yourself? I don't know a shit about your names!"
