The most ancient of shapeshifters, the Anuk-ite is shown in teen wolf when the Ghost Riders are defeated. when attempting to get stiles back that allowed the Anuk-ite to slip through.
it has been said to be a creature of two faces, it preys on people's deepest fears. It can take identity of anyone one including humans or supernaturals making it a real threat.
in the series it is also shown that if you look at the Anuk-ite you turn into stone. in the film we also see scott having to fight it with his eyes gouged out.
