I've read countless fanfictions across multiple fandoms, and they've all inspired me to start writing my own. Jujutsu Kaisen holds a special place in my heart. It's more than just an anime to me-it's a way of life (yes, I'm being dramatic). Among all its characters, Suguru Geto has always been my favorite since I first read the manga.
The depth of his character, the way Gege crafted his story, completely captivated me. I wanted to see him in a different light-to understand his perspective, his side of the story. But I couldn't find that anywhere. So, I started writing.
I still remember staring at a fanart of him one day, wondering what truly led him down his path. What was the real reason? His existential crisis in the shower remains one of the most defining moments in his story-and it's what inspired me the most.
Sayuri, my original character, was born from my admiration for strong women. She's fearless, bold, and a little reckless (but that's why I love her). She always follows her heart, no matter the cost.
One day, a friend mentioned how she wished to see Suguru's story unfold differently-how things might change if he had fallen in love. That conversation sparked something in me, and the words just started flowing.
This is my first full-length fanfiction, and apart from my original characters and the story, I own nothing. I'd love to hear your thoughts-constructive criticism and reviews are more than welcome! I'm still figuring things out, so please forgive any mistakes along the way.
