a cg or caregiver is someone who takes care of a little (regressor) like filling there sippy cup, helping them keep happy and calm. a caregiver needs to be someone who the little trusts and someone who know that you should treat the little like an actual child but then again be cautious to not trigger a little as this could cause a meltdown. (also note for caregivers dont take away stuffies, pacifiers and sippy cups as that will most likely cause a meltdown. stuffies, pacifiers and sippy cups will most likely be a comfort item along with blankets)
