Lonnie married Brenda Weller, the twin sister of Linda in 1960. They had ten children, five daughters, Teri, Lynn, Suzette, Leslie and Kristen, and five sons, Marty, Perry, Blair, Eric and Luke. In 2020, Lonnie tries to go to the hospital because of cancer, the nurse couldn't help him because of COVID 19. A month later on Apr. 24, Lonnie died of cancer at home.
