C A U S E, S H E I S M E .

I would dig a grave,
so deep and damp.
And bury her alive,
so she would never come back.
Somehow she would,the next moment
And she would continue to scream,
right at me.

I would silence her
with a deathly glare
and plaster her lips
so she would never scream again.
I would lock her up
in my hidden attic.
And drown the key,
in the never-ending sea.
Somehow she would break the door.
And continue to scream right at me.

I would beg and plead,
and ask her to leave.
But she would continue to scream,
right at me.

Because she is me,
and would always be me.
And no matter
how hard I try,
to kill her and to break her,
she would continue to scream,
right at me.

I would bury her down in a corner,
and pretend like there is no her.
But she is there,
and would always be there
Just that,
I would never let her
be me.
