Y/n's POV
Apparently last night I fell asleep next to Lapis because when I woke up she was in my arms asleep, I didn't work today so I thought I just might spend the day with Lapis
I carefully got up trying not to wake her, I got up getting clothes from my backpack then I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth then washed my face, I changed and walked back out into the room
Lapis was still sleeping on the bed so I decided to leave to go get food for myself, I walked out the room and locked the door
I walked to fish stew pizza enjoying the view, I always loved beach city, I arrived to fish stew pizza and I was greeted by Kiki "Hey Y/n, what can I get for you!" She said with a smile
"Hey, can I get a small pizza please" I asked "Sure thing!" She said putting in the order"that'll be $15.20" she said, I took out my money and paid
"Y/n your orders ready!" Kiki said handing me the pizza "thank you" I said as I sat down and ate the pizza while scrolling on my phone
20 minutes later I finished and left heading back to the motel, on my way there a girl came up to me "Ummm hello" she said nervously
"Oh uhhh hi?" I said confused stopping in my tracks to look at her "I'm new here and I saw you and I was wondering if you wanted to hang out sometime" she said looking down "Ummm sure maybe just not today I kinda already have plans with someone today" I said walking away
"O-ok see you around" she said walking away, once I got to the motel I unlocked the door and walked in, Lapis ran up to me and hugged me "I was worried about you, where'd you go?" She asked cupping my face
"I went to go eat at fish stew pizza" I said "You should've told me before you left" Lapis said "I know but you were sleeping" I said
She hugged me again "I'm just glad you're ok" she said, I hugged her back "I don't work today so let's spend the day together" I said pulling away so I could look at her
"I can't I'm so sorry, I told Peridot I'd spend time with her today" Lapis said "That's okay don't worry about it, I'll just probably go to the laundromat, I need to wash some of my clothes"
"You sure? I can cancel on peridot" Lapis said letting me go from the hug "No, no, no it's fine go don't worry about it" I said to her
"Okay, I'll see you later" she said kissing me then leaving
