Naruto and Shikamaru haven't talked ever since that faithful day and now here they are face to face with team ten
Naruto has been avoiding Shikamaru for four years now,

" Team 7, team 10 I have a mission for you, there is a very group who call themselves the the beehive and they cannot be trusted so please bring back all the members dead or alive" said Hokage-Sama

" HAI" screamed both teams,

" OK everyone we will meet up at the gate an a hour" said Kakashi knowing he will be late,

" Hey Naruto wait up" said a very familiar voice, " what Shika-kun?" Said an fox,

" I've missed you..." he said kinda embarrassed

To say Naruto was shocked was an understatement he didn't know what to say so he did the first thing that came to mind,

He pulled Shikamaru into a very tight and comforting hug not letting go for anything

It laster for about 20 minutes just in comfy silence until Naruto broke apart and dragged the Nara to his house,

" how are the scrolls coming?" Asked Shikamaru " good I've made a scroll that can let you travel through it without using Hiraishin no Justu" said an excited Naruto

The conversation went on for about 15 minutes and then Naruto and Shikamaru were off as Shikamaru had already dropped by his house

Once everyone arrived~

" is everyone ready to go?" Asked Asuma sensei

" wait where is Naruto and Shikamaru? " Asked Sakura,
All of a sudden they saw a leg fall from the top of the gate, they looked up to see the two 14 year Olds they were missing

And they were cuddling
