*hyunjin's pov*

fans started coming up to me taking pictures and screaming when i noticed soomi was by me anymore, i freaked knowing she was gone and i just knew she was panicking "i-it was nice talking to you guys but i really need to go" i said pushing by them trying to find soomi when i saw her looking around trying to find her way out panicking, i went up to her and grabbed her by the wrist pulling her away

we went outside and i looked at her
"are you ok?" i  asked me and she nodded finally

she looked up at me "i noticed you weren't there and i figured you had a panic attack, so i tried looking for you and found you, you're ok now" i said staring at her and she hugged me, i was shocked at her until i hugged her back bringing her closer to me, i missed this

"thank you" she said softly not wanting to let go

"you don't have to thank me" i said rubbing her back and she finally pulled back from the hug

"how do you still remember that i have panic attacks when it comes to people and big crowds?" she asked looking up at me

"why would i forget anything about you?" i said and she chuckled

"uhm" she cleared her throat "we should probably look for the others" she said stepping back a few steps after she saw how close we were

"oh yeah yeah let's go" i said as we began looking for the rest of the guys

*soomi's pov*

i was tossing and turning around on my bed not being able to sleep "ugh" i said sitting up on my bed and rubbed my eyes

i couldn't stop thinking about hyunjin, after me hugging him and him pulling me closer it brought so many feelings back that i didn't want, it was 2:43 am in the morning and i grabbed my phone and called hyunjin. why? i don't know. just hoping he never deleted my number...

"hello?" he answered with a sleepy voice

"hyunjin? it's soomi" i said whispering

"soomi wha- why are you up it's almost 3 am?" he said with his raspy voice

"i couldn't sleep, and i don't know i didn't who else to call" i said and he hummed

"we can stay on the call them" he said yawning

"no it's ok you seem tired i don't want to bother you" i said

"you're not bothering me, you never are" he said which gave me butterflies "we can stay on the call kay?" he said and i chuckled

"ok, thank you" i smiled

we stayed on the call for about 2 hours just talking about random stuff when i heard soft snores "hyunjin?" i said and no response "goodnight" i said softly smiling at myself, i stayed on the call and finally went to sleep

i woke up the morning and noticed me still being on the phone with hyunjin, i heard noises coming from his phone which i'm assuming his awake?

"hyunjin" i said

"finally you're awake it's 12 pm" he said as i checked the time

"why didn't you hang up?" i asked him

"didn't want to until you woke up" he said and i chuckled

"thank you for last night" i said

"of course, call me any time" he said

"i will, i have to go but thank you again" i said and hung up

i got up from my bed and did my daily morning routine and after i finished i went downstairs "minho? what are you doing here?" i asked

"mom said she had something for me" he shrugged

"mm, are you guys practicing today?" i asked getting an apple

"some of them are, i have a different schedule, i think felix and hyunjin are dancing and the others i'm not sure" he said and i nodded

"about hyunjin, how is he?" i asked and he looked at me confused

"i thought you wanted nothing to do with him?" he asked

"i don't, we'll actually i don't mind being his friend, but mentally how is he?" i asked

"honestly good? i don't know he looked very shinny this morning for some reason and in a good mood, not the hyunjin we see every day" he said and i slightly smiled

"is there any way i can go with you to your dorm? i'm bored" i said and he nodded

"i don't see why not" he said and i smiled

"SOOMI" jeongin said running up to me and hugging me "what are you doing here?"

"was bored" i shrugged

"ah, well me and han are the only ones here, we'll now minho but everyone's out" he said and i nodded

"what are you guys doing?" i asked

"han's writing some lyrics and i'm just in my room" he said "also minho, hyunjin said if you wanted anything from the store? he said he's on his way"

"no i'm ok" he said walking away

"soomi? want anything?" he raised an eye brow

"hot cheeto puffs" i smiled and he typed away on his phone

"you have to watch this movie with me it's so good" he said dragging me to the living couch

we watched the movie for a while, i actually don't even know what it was called but it was actually pretty good, jeongin looked like a little kid watching the movie while he has his legs up to his chest

"i'm home!" we heard someone said as they closed the door

"hyunjins home" jeongin said as he got up and ran to the front door "did you get my snacks?"

"yeah, and when did you start liking hot cheeto puffs you hate them" hyunjin said handing him a bag

"they're not for me they're for soomi" he said as he looked at him

"soomi's here?" he asked

"hi" i said waving from the couch

"you didn't tell me you were coming?" he smiled awkwardly

"i didn't know i had to tell you?" i said raising my eye brow

"anyways will you excuse us we are watching a movie" jeongin said walking over to me and sitting down

"jeongin you have a blanket? i got cold" i said and he nodded getting up and going to his room

"here have my hoodie" hyunjin said taking it off and walking over to me

"i'm ok, thank you tho" i said with a soft smile

"you're acting different, you were just happy to be talking to me over the phone now you're being so dry" he asked

"that doesn't mean i want you to start treating me like your girlfriend again, i just called you as a friend" i said and he scoffed

"first of all, i never started to treat you as my girlfriend and second of all, i'm trying to be nice i didn't even have to answer that phone call, you're confusing soomi" he rolled his eyes and walked to his room closing the door

"i got the blanket" jeongin said "where's hyunjin?"
