"bye mama" a two sentence story.

"Bye mama!!" the six year old calls as she watches her mother walk out the front door unaware that she wouldn't be coming back.

"Bye mama...." I say as I let go of the ragged green railing,
watching the look of guilt and agony seep down my mothers face in the form of tears.
