Me, Jamal, Ruby, and Monse were watching highschoolers party when Monse asked, "Do you see him? I don't see him." I looked over to see Jamal lean closer to Monse and say, "Something bad is happening. I can feel it. I knew this was a bad idea."
"Pop a zannie, J. We can't see him 'cause he's being stealth," Ruben said still looking at the party. Monse looked over to him and said, "No doubt. He's got this. When has Cesar ever disappointed?" Jamal lifted his head up and said, "Hm, fourth grade. Kickball tourney. We lost."
I looked over and said, "Also he's my brother, everything he does disappoints me." We heard a voice behind us say, "Only 'cause I picked the kid with no skills, and I'd pick you again." It was Cesar holding 5 beers, he threw a beer at Jamal and Jamal almost dropped it. Cesar walked towards us and said, "Loyalty trumps victory, compa."

Monse said, "Seriously dude?" She tilted her head. I stepped forward and said, "What the fuck?" Another one of Oscar's friends came up and grabbed Ruby's shoulder. He looked at me and Cesar for a second then looked back, "Yo, what are you doing, ese? Those are Spooky's little siblings dawg."

Cesar nodded and they left, I walked next to Ruby when he said, "Thank God for your brother." Cesar looked at me and said, "Don't," I finished the sentence by saying, "Thank God for better things."
We heard a loud gunshot, we ducked and started running. We were running while also arguing about it, "That was a .38." A couple seconds later jams said, "No, it was a .45." Ruby looked at us and said, "It' sounded like a .44." Cesar then said, "Wrong!"
