Friend groups can be dangerous. That's how drama starts, of course. You two are becoming closer friends? We'll go get our nails done without you. Oh, and we'll post it on Instagram. Congratulations, you just hurt your friends. Two days later, you're upset that one of the girls you left out called her twin brother's friends her "family." See the hypocrisy?
You laugh. You give her the side eye. Did you know she gets stressed easily? Oh yeah, you did. You just scoffed at her and thought she was overreacting. Have some compassion. The other girl is one of the best people you'll ever meet. You'll still talk to her. Too "valuable" to get rid of.
Me? You ignore me, too. I'm still the new girl. The other two girls, they've shown me nothing but kindness. I mean, one of you still does to an extent. One of those girls is my cousin, by the way.
