The chapter starts with kartik entering the goenka villa;
"kittu you did not even see her photo, I sent it to you,said dadi;
"dadi aap ko bhi pata hain I am not at all interested in this..phir bhi aap?",said kartik;
"kittu humne aisa kuch nahi kiya hain, even you know that",said dadi;
"dadi..aap chodiye isse I am going to my room mera khaana vaheen bhijwa dena",said kartik and walked off;
While this entire scenario was seen by swarna and manish;
"pata nahi kya ho gaya hain isse manish ji..bas kaam karta rehta hain poore din",said swarna;
"naira ke jaane ke baad he is totally broken swarna",said manish;
"but kuch toh karna hi padega na..I can not see him like this anymore",said swarna;
"shayad kal kuch ho jaay",said manish;
"hopefully",said swarna;
While on the other side we can see naira talking to sakshi;
"i still do not get it naira..boys drool over you but you are never interested how come?",said sakshi;
"because I never like it sakshi...it has been 3 years since I came here and most importantly you know what I went through but still you keep on pestering me about all of this? Why?",asked naira;
"i am sorry bro...but I really want you to move on",said sakshi;
"i can not move on sakshi..I can never do that",said naira;
"chal lt's not talk about that tu cheer up kar",said sakshi;
"voh kal mishra ji ke yahaan bohot se guest aa rahein hain..vahaan par jaana hoga mostly",said naira;
"naira kab tak tu unke liye kaam karti rahegi? They don't even pay you good",said sakshi;
"they atleast pay me sakshi, un paison se chotu ki dawain aa jaati hain",said naira;
"au jitne tujhe paise milte hain..usse kaheen zyada toh tu unka kaam karti hain",said sakshi;
"koi aur raasta nahi hain humare paas sakshi",said naira;
"tu chinta mat kar..we will find a way together",said sakshi to which naira nodded
We can see kartik in his own room holding a picture in his hands talking to himself;
Kartik pov: naira I know I really can never forget you but here I do not have an option...dadi and everyone has been forcing me naira..I really can not even understand myself..why did you leave me? Was I that bad? You just never came back?!
Kartik who was sad upon all this closed his eyes, remembering their drastic fight that day;
"kartik how can you just blame me of something I never did?",said naira with tears in her eyes;
"naira jab kissi ki galti hoti hain na, so you realise it and accept it, stop arguing with me",said kartik;
"shayad itna hi jaante ho tum mujhe kartik",said naira walking off;
Kartik pov: So much changed that day..you never came back naira..itna ego kahaan se aa gaya tumein..ek baar bhi try nahi kiya aane ka..mera toh chodo your family? You never thought about it also? They suffer so much naira everytime it's rakhi, naksh feels so bad..mere saath saath mein you punished your family also...
On the other side we could see naira talking to mishra's family for her work. She helped them plan her son's wedding and now it was hopefully her daughter's. A big family was coming to meet mishra ji's daughter to see her for wedding;
"aunty mein plan kar loongi you don't worry",said naira;
"haan haan beta mujhe pata hain you will work it out..they wil come by lunch almost like 5-7
people",said mishra ji;
"voh aunty iss mahine ki salary If I could get thoda jaldi..actually ashram mein baccha bimaar
hain",said naira;
"beta hum baad mein dete hain na..we will give it tomorrow",said mishra ji to which naira could not do anything but nod;
Naira pov: I do not know how am I gonna manage all of this..ek ajeeb si feeling hain and that is just so bad..I really am lost..ganga maiyaa madat karna please
