The whole Lee mansion was in a panic mode after hearing the news's about Rome
Everyone was scared for Scarlette life,but Bruce was scared the most
He knew Rome would come for her
And take his revenge,
The protection of the mansion was increased,
And there weren't a single day when they were scared that he would be welcomed on the doorsteps

Bruce pov:
Me and scarlette grew more close together,she always sticks by my side
We talk to each other all day and sometimes we talk about books and art all night
She was with me in the office
I was busy doing my work,just looking through some files
She suddenly started to cough and sneeze badly
I look at her,a little worried
Bruce:
"Are u okay butterfly 🦋"
Scarlette:
"No, I got sore throat from last night,"
Bruce:
"Come here,"
She obeyed me and came to me like an alost puppy
I touched her forehead and knew she had a high fever
Bruce:
"Milady, u have such a high fever. Let's get u to your room,u need to take some rest, "

( coughing and sneezing)"No,I am okay. Please continue your work. "

I picked he up in the bridal style and took her to my room
"Plz bring my work to my room."
I told one of my maid

And she slept

I chuckled at her expression. She  looked so beautiful and cute
I reached my room and placed her gently on the bed
She slept peacefully
I called our  family doctor for her check-up
I return to do my work in my room while watching her
As the doctor came,
He checked her condition and then told me that her temperature was very high.
He wrote some medicine for her, and then he left
I look at her
And all I can think is that I will lose her one day if Rome comes back

I went next to her on the bed and slept with her while cuddling her
She felt like home

I woke up with heavy hands around my waist
Theu were heavy, but they felt all warm and soothing to me
I want to go to the bathroom so badly
I turned around and saw the most cutest face of all time
No one can say a beast like him looks so cute while sleeping
I chuckled at him
I was staring at him as I knew he looked so peaceful while sleeping

"U are staring butterfly 🦋 "
I got startled when I heard his voice
Scarlette:
"I am not staring,"

He smiled softly,bringing me closer to him and looking straight into my eyes
"Tell me that u are not staring at me,"

My heart was beating so fast
I didn't know what to do

While blushing and pushing him a little

"I want to go to the bathroom."

After leaving me

"Go butterfly 🦋 but come back quickly
I wanna go for round 2 of cuddling"
My face flushed into redd colour
When I hear that
I got up from the bed and ran straight to the bathroom
While I can hear him laughing in the back

I did what I wanted do in the bathroom
Whe I came outside he was standing infornt of the door

"I want cuddles"
She laughed at Bruce reaction
And then they spend there whole afternoon cuddling each other
