Running is one of the few physical activities I ENJOY doing so when I learned that I can't run in a binder without pain I felt REALLY sad.
In case you didn't know, I binder is what trans men will put around their chest to restrict the boobs to prevent dysphoria in case they either don't want to have surgery, go on testosterone, or just don't have enough money to. Unfortunately tho, they are INCREDIBLY tight and cause you to stop breathing easily.
