It's been 1 and half day since sitara got kidnapped they have given three injections to her to keep her unconscious with is little bit more dosage and they have not given water and food to her till now

Sitara will gain consciousness again and look around her throat has became dry she don't have energy in her body and feeling very dizzy as she don't have food and also due to those injection effects

She will try to get up but fail her attempt and her legs and hands are tied tightly with aa rope due to which her hands and legs have become red

Naina's man will come into the room where sitara is lying and looking at her who is trying to getup

He will hold her hair in fist and lift her head sitara can't even fight with him to leave tears are coming from her eyes by seeing as she couldn't take that pain anymore

Adi will quickly rush towards her and remove all the rope tied to her and starts taping on her cheeks

Adi will place sitara in car and he himself drive the car at maximum speed and soon reaches hospital he will take her inside and by looking at Adi doctors rush to him

Doctor will check the pulse of sitara which is very low and they will take sitara into icu immediately and start the treatment

There jithesh took naina's man to their place and inform their doctor to come immediately and they inform the situation of him too as doctor should come prepared

Here in hospital Adi is sitting devastated and tears are flowing continuously from his eyes by remembering her lying unconscious with pale face and he grit his teeth by rembering the words of naina's man
