{4. An unfamiliar place}

[Y/n's pov]

As you slowly regain consciousness, you begin to get your senses back. As you do, you noticed that your body feels much warmer now, and not cold and stiff as it used to be.

This confuses you, as you couldn't even remember what happened? You flex your fingers just barley, but when doing so an aching soreness hits you with full force making you tense up a the pain. It's not as bad as the "normal" pain you had to go through back at the experimenting chambers, but still hurt like hell.

After awhile you finally bring up the courage to flutter your ember eyes open, to only be met with harsh blinding lights making you wince your eyes.

Your vision was extremely blurry and foggy, only making you wince more. As you turn your head to the right side to try to avoid the bright rays of the light, you noticed an person with spiky ash blonde hair, that's sitting in a chair beside your bed. You couldn't make out his face, but you could obviously tell he was asleep, and in a deep one at that it seems.

As you take a moment to process this, you realize the ash blonde wasn't one of the scientists, or gaurds, and this was most definitely not the normal medical bay you were used to. Knowing this he sat up, quite quickly, which caused alot of pain but you ignored it as you take a look around the room your in.

Though this action didn't come unnoticed, as the ash blonde beside you wakes up and looks at with a expression you couldn't really make out.

"Oi, you should laying down idiot" He had a low rough voice, that had a hint of tiredness in it.

Although, you were way to confused and panicked to reply, and leaping back off the bed making land on the floor with a loud thud. This obviously caused you alot of pain but you were to worried about the situation and where you actually were.

"Hey! Calm the fuck down!" The ash blonde said, as he went around the bed and walked over to you and was about to kneel down, until he saw your terrified expression.

"S-s-stay away!" You stuttered out, scooting back away from the stranger, until you hit a  drawer behind you.

Before anything else got out of hand, a short old lady, holding a cane walked in and looked over at you and the ash blonde.

"Oh dear, what happened here?" The lady questioned as she slowly walks over to the two of you.

This only made you flch back even though it was completely useless, as you can feel yourself trembling from the fear, and the pain you totally forgot about.

"Young man I think it's best that you let me handle her..."

The ash blonde seems reluctant, but in the end walks off and waits over by a door. As he directed you ember orbs back to the short old lady, you noticed she wasn't showing any signs of trying to hurt you. Though it could be an act, or something, and noting was off the table especially in this situation

She takes a few steps forward now about atlest four feet away from you, and stopped once she seen you tense up.

"I know things may seem scary at the moment, but I guarantee we are not going to cause you any harm dear..." She spoke, with a gentleness in her voice, that could calm down anyone, even you, well atlest a little bit.

"Now then tell me dear...what is your name?"

If you were being completely honest, you kinda forgot your name. You knew what it was but usually you were just called by your experiment number "027". You never thought you'd be asked this question before so it took awhile to answer.

When you didn't answer after three minutes, the lady cleared her throat to snap you away from you thoughts.

It worked though, but it didn't make things any better knowing now you had to give an answer.

After some consideration, you took a shaky deep breath before speaking.

"....Y-..Y/n...my name is Y/n...."
