It was winter in New York. A couple was driving at night.
"Are we there yet?" She asked.
"Shut up! I'm driving..." he said.
They went into silence.
Mark and Adrianne were traveling to New York to meet up with their friends. They were close friends since middle school. As highschool was over, they went to Cabo and Florida during vacation.
Adrianne got a phone call.
It was her friend Heather.
"Hey girl! I just got here!"
"Well, make it fast! We're waiting for you guys!"
"Okay... who all are there?"
"Uhm.... there's me, Eddie, Valerie, and......"
"And?"
"There's Jason."
"Well who the fuck invited him?"
"I did. I just- well- past is past right?"
Adrianne's face became dull.
"Don't you remember anything from the past?" She whispered. "And, Mark's gonna come with me too.... what should I tell him?"
"Why did you invite Mark.? He's gonna ruin the whole mood!"
"Well... he's my boyfriend!"
"Fine!" Heather sighed. "Just- keep it in mind that we're not highschoolers anymore..."
"Okay fine!"
She hung up the phone.
"Who was that on the phone?" Mark asked her.
"It's Heather."
"What were you guys talking about?"
"It's just nothing! Just jogging old memories!"
"You know I really hate coming with you to meet your friends...."
"That's why I'm taking you! You don't get along with them! Once you get to know them, you'll love them!"
"I don't want to get along with your stupid friends! You don't see me making a fuss about you getting along with my friends!"
"That's because you never introduced me to your friends!" She paused for a while. "Whatever! You're coming with me and that's it!"
"But that's not fair!"
"Please..... just for two days..... please.... could you do it for me....." she batted her eyelashes.
"Don't give me that cutesy face... it's not gonna work!"
"I'll do anything you say....."
"Anything? " his eyes widened.
"Yes anything...... if, you come with me...."
"Yes I'll come... but what would you do for me...."
"Anything you want..."
"I'll get along with your friends, If you would give me the best sex I've ever had...."
"Best sex?"
"Yeah.... are you in?"
"I guess so...."
He pulled over the car.
"Well come on..."
"In here?"
"Yeahh.... the place's fine, it's almost midnight, no one's gonna come here....."
"But baby I'm so tired now...."
